The new AOL
I find the new AOL is really not user friendly. It won’t let me stop or unsubscribe to email that I am not interested in. It won’t let me send some to the spam folder.

Have had aol email for decades
The user interface is really easy to use. I like that it has an “old mail” section when you’re not committed to keeping or deleting an email.
Desktop and Mobile App not aligned
I was notified that you are now offering an ads free option, at a monthly charge, this is something I would consider, if the app functioned the same on the desktop and mobile versions.
Mobile does not have the option to update/maintain your contacts, while the desktop, although it gives you the option to do so, it malfunctions. I have difficulty creating and maintaining lists. When adding, the name fails to display, without closing and reopening the app. Sometimes what you know you’ve added, never appears. The main thing is getting the app aligned on the two platforms, just as it used to be, many years ago.
There’s also another issue, of emails disappearing. The are mainly sky emails, that I can view on my mobile device, to the later discover it is no longer there on either platform.
Please can you do more intensive testing, to avoid these errors being released.
