  • Mails flaws

This is an easy to use app. That doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s easy to learn. Most apps I use that store valuable info have a memorize password feature and tells you what you should keep. This does have a memorize password feature somewhat, u have to sign in on a computer from time to time. But it doesn’t require your password verification enough. I have had to change my password twice in the space of a week before because there was nothing to help me remember. Second, this app doesn’t memorize past contacts very well. As a student who has online classes, this is imperative to staying in touch with my teachers. I don’t contact my teachers often but when I do it’s for emergencies such as “I failed the test when do I take it again?” Or “I’m getting punished for an outdated grade. I need it fixed.” This only remembers names and it gets tedious going through the alphabet for a chance to find the contact that you need. Other than that this is a good use of phone memory. (Make sure u clear ur inbox every few months as well. It doesn’t have a devoutly auto delete).

  • Apple has been a major disappointment…

Apple has been a major disappointment over the past couple of years. Apple has made it difficult to get in touch with the company for help with its own problems and the fact they don’t have any solutions for their customers or services to support them anymore and the company’s customers don’t want to be stuck with them anymore because of this issue and they don’t want to do anything about it anymore because they’re going to make enough money to keep them going and keep doing business with their rivals in this market so they can get the personal information and data and stuff that they’re looking for that they need for them to be able to access and get their own services and business through your company, business, email, etc… Apple makes you give them the same information that they need and want. I have been trying to get my phone and my phone company to help me out of this time they have been a huge burden on my personal life, information, and data. They don’t want to help anyone at all. So it benefits them. So I’m just going to go ahead and swap to Google Fi for a better price and experience with employees who care about their customers. I gave Apple so many chance, more than most people would. And they still haven’t helped me at all. Zero. None. I’ve called too many times and always am nice. They act like they have no clue. Same story. New company. They did it. On them. And it will trickle on down.

  • Very basic, very useless

I’ve been an outlook user for years but recently became dissatisfied because of the amount of junk mail that gets through. I decided to try the og iOS thinking it was probably going to at least on par with outlook's customization and organization. I like having a focused box and a general one for sorting through my more pertinent emails. But, as I said, too much junk was getting through. The unsubscribe button was not working and even blocked emails were getting through. So off to this app I go. It’s terrible. Everything in one place, including the junk. Things that I had deleted were back in my inbox. I check my email regularly so I don’t have a lot of unread unless it is junk or deleted. So when hundreds of unread emails show up I was disappointed. I decided to start the report junk process again but there isn’t one. I can move it to junk, but not report it. I am able to block it. I hope that will keep the unwanted emails away. I will update this as I find improvements. 2 minutes later… Why can’t I delete my gmail email when the email is open?? No trash box icon. And I can only have 2 mailboxes? I have 3. Update: Go to iOS settings to add additional emails.
