Why any stars at all?
Well I gave it 2 stars originally because it allowed me to see just how bad this company is. Express letter posted Switzerland on 12th December. Delivery is still “pending”. It wasn’t to Australia or Patagonia but to the UK. Google Maps tells me it would have taken 11 days to walk the letter there and deliver by hand. It has taken 12 days and no delivery as yet. Is this some sick joke? Do they understand the word Express? IF THE POST OR SHIPPER USES THIS COMPANY FIND ANOTHER DELIVERER.
UPDATE: they have found the letter - sent to Australia - “mis-routed”. SO WHY DOES THE APP FOR 10 DAYS TELL ME IT IS IN THE UK? SEEMS THE APP IS NO MORE THAN A SCAM.Show lessChristopherRobin1950
No tracking
Worst experience with any delivery services ever in my life. They can’t provide anything for the parcel information, no tracking and not even a delivery time. They just give you a date, and that’s it. I seriously don’t understand why the home office chose them. Such important documents often require a signature on delivery when they cannot tell you when it will be delivered, it’s a nightmare. Additionally, they give you an option to reschedule the delivery date when they can’t make it, I couldn’t even tell they put any effort in attempting to deliver it.
