Not user friendly
Wish you didn’t have to reset the app and Wi-Fi every time you want to load a new photo from your phone.

Clean and Simple
Everything functions the way it should. I’m able to print with no issues, changed the password really easily, and the UI is really clean and simple to follow. I love itJonhaten
Pain in …
I love this printer and the quality of prints it produces, but I have to go back thru the App Store and open the app every time I want to print pictures. It will not completely download an app to my home screen it just stays open in the store over and over. That is a major pain!!!
I have had no problems w/ printer or printing- just having my very own app to use!!!!!Barefoot!
iPad app needed
This app is ok on phone, but it really needs an iPad app. When editing photos to print, I do most of my work on the iPad. It would be useful to have a full size app.AgentSeals
Terrible UI - but it prints, sort of
Using this print app is ridiculously difficult, and having to use the printer as a WiFi connection is completely idiotic. There isn’t any way to scale the photos in the app so you have to adjust the photo in another app.
With that said, the prints are pretty good when you finally figure out how to get them from your iPhone/ipad to the print que. IMHO not worth the trouble or cost.combat_artist

Can’t delete the photo
This is the worst software I have use so far. One I selected a photo I can’t delete it, I have to print it for it to disappear in the list, unacceptable.kami_yes
Enhance Error
As I try to enhance photo it goes back to the restored version, wish that could be fixed a bit. Otherwise I just love the idea of printing photos from home.ByteMeeeh
Unable to get App to connect to printer
I’ve tried all suggestions in the reviews, but after getting a new iPhone I can no longer connect the printer to the App. Printer works amazing, but app is useless.Captnmatt
No ID photo size adjustment
This is ridiculous. The app does not allow photo size adjustment. This is an app that’s made by a Chinese developer, and this Chinese developer decided it’s a good idea to not bother with Chinese visa photo size. What do you have against your own country?Sam6408
