Fix app please
I was connected to printer for a little bit and now every time I go to the app it says printer is disconnected even though blue WiFi is on. Also adding multiple users has been a challenge as well. Please fix the app this printer would be one best on the market if you can get the app to work well.eman1024
Missing step
I wrote a really nasty review just a little bit ago only to find out that the answer to literally everyone’s question on how to make it appear online is to make sure that you’re cellular service is turned off while you’re using the Wi-Fi to the device. You should not be able to access the Internet while you’re using the device. Hope this helps people.vivlinvia
HORRIBLE!! Don’t get it!
I purchased this photo printer off of Amazon. Well it doesn’t work anymore. I was only able to print twice and now as the other reviews mentioned it says that the printer isn’t connected but my light is blue and I am connected to the printer’s network. The “app assistance” link sends you to a Japanese or Chinese page. There’s no option for English and it looks like it’s a store front. I am so disappointed. I want my money back… if someone from the company could reach out to me to troubleshoot my issue I will change my reviews if not I’m reporting them to Amazon so that their product is no longer sold due to fraud!Naty Iphone8+
Gorgeous prints
I would love to see some updates to the app to enable multiple prints per page, perhaps thumbnail reviews. Otherwise it runs smoothly and I’m happy I got this printer.Jennyennio
Have been trying to connect
This is so frustrating! The wifi light is on but still says offline! This is so frustrating!!! I barely received it this morning but if i’m going to have trouble over and over i’ll just return it!!!Lady Scorpio 🦂

The app works, however the instructions are much to be desired.

Bad start

Bought this to use for a Photo Booth at a party and it did not connect with the app. The indicator light showed blue and everything was connected correctly but the app stated the printer was “offline.” I’m very upset considering I spent $150.00 on the printer, a case for protection, with extra printer paper and ink. Now all gone to waste.k.kizzle
Cellular data off to connect?
I cant connect to the printer if my phone’s cellular data is on. No issues though when connecting using my ipad. Once connected, app has decent editing tools.boonasawi
Not much printing features
Not much ways to edit the photos. Would be great if you can do different templates and add multiple photos or something like a photo booth template as well.jjyougo
