I've used this app on a few different iPhone and Android devices without any problems. A bit confused about the bad reviews. You have to connect directly to the Wi-Fi network offered by the printer. It does not connect to your home network. Maybe they are missing that part.SuperWhy22
IPAD AIR 5th Gen connected
DID NOT CONNECT ON IPHONE 12 PRO MAX. But luckily it connected on my iPad. It needs to work on the app for the iphone. Please fix. Thank you. Good photo quality but rated two stars because the purpose is to be able to use via phone.emerald. green !12
App Does Not Connect
As many others have stated, the app just doesn't connect to the printer. Very disappointing as it looks like this has been a problem for many months according to reviews. Looks like I'll be returning the printer with terrible support like this.Kokomo65

However…. The App DOES NOT WORK!
It glitches, won’t open, won’t connect…. Anything you expect it to do is the opposite!

Does not connect
The app does not connect to the printer AT ALL. I’ve trie d multiple times, removing adding, disconnecting, reset. NOTHING works. Great printer quality but I need to connect to the app! Some of my photos are cut off on the edge and I can’t do anything about it without being able to connect to the app. Contacted Liene email… they told me to take a video of what’s going on. How can I? If I’m using my phone to connect to the printer. I don’t know how much more straight forward I can get, that it does not connect. Pretty frustrating on such a great printer. Wish they’ll update the app before doing any further new product upgrades.annieohmai
Crazy Machine
Printing from iPhone and it decides how many it’s gonna do whether you ask for qty or not. Offline online offline. It’s utterly maddening. Even if you unplug it, it doesn’t reset. Wastes paper, ink and sanity. Returning asap.couldumakethismoredifficult

I might as well return these photos and printers back… very disappointed… it keeps saying offline even though i did every steps and repeated over and over again.. it feels like a false advertisement. Please fix before i return all of them.. waste of timeserious and sincere reviewer
Does Not Work on IPhone 13
I tried to hook up to this printer on my IPhone 13 & it kept saying printer offline. So I tried on my IPad Pro & it hooked right up. This needs to be fixed as the app is made for the cell phone. Please fix & I will update my review.Terrbear64
