  • Needs some additional features

There should be a setting to make sure that noise cancellation does not enable if there’s only one earbud in use. Noise cancellation in only one ear can make users feel fatigued/dizzy.

There should also be widget integration to make switching between modes quicker than opening the app. With the touch command you can switch between noise cancellation and transparency but since there are three settings there should be a widget that can switch between all three.

Additionally, more in depth EQ controls would be appreciated.

  • Problem with connecting

The app interface is really solid and clean and I can connect the buds to my inbuilt Bluetooth but in the app they don’t connect I’ve paired them and connected once but it isn’t working now, might be an iOS thing

Just fixed the problem, to fix it you have to pair the same ear buds again by selecting pair another device and then download the firmware update after that it should work fine

  • Nicely designed hardware, but...

    1. The app isn't great.
    2. The headphones sound good, but they keep dropping their ability to ANC/Transparency when I'm just sitting there. Leaving all that off sounds better.
    3. The connection to my phone isn't as good as the airpods pro were. Lots of cutting out and in.
  • Good but needs refinement

I love the look, feel, and sound of these earbuds but i find the anc turning on randomly and my eqs resetting back to “balanced”. Desperately needs more touch options. Such as one tap and two taps. Hate having to pull my phone out to restart a song.
  • Engineers, read these reviews!

The overwhelming issue is that the earbuds have a touch detection flaw. Almost everyone comments on this. For me this is weather dependent.

The app has a feature that allows the user to customize some touch controls (triple tap and tap hold), or outright disable them.

It’s striking that you haven’t made the obvious fix to make it optional to disable ALL touch controls, and let the user operate the buds through the app. What’s the hang up? This would take you like a day to do.

    Great earbuds otherwise.

  • Good sound but i have to disconnect them from the phone and re connect them

The app is buggy and doesn’t change between modes , and the equalizer changes when it wants to , even after changing the eq settings they start to sound muddy and have to reconnect them to the phone
  • Better than AirPods

Light, cool, innovative, affordable and no compromises. Just good quality.
The switch in noice transparency could be fixed better though. Noise cancellation works well though.
  • Needs more functionality

No play/pause function for single tap, double tap only has options for next/previous song and the tap and hold for ANC, Transparency, Off is really long with no way to adjust length of hold. Would also love to see a widget for the home screen to see battery life for each ear and case without needing to go into the app.

I also get itches in my ear from time to time and need to remove one of the earpieces to get it. I disable the ear dictation so that way whatever I’m listening to doesn’t stop for the one or two seconds the earpiece is out. Unfortunately, it seems like anytime I put both earpieces in the case to charge them, the app decides I want ear detection on and turns it back on without me doing so. Super frustrating when I make a setting change and it doesn’t save.

  • Cannot update headphones through the app

Shows that update is available but doesn’t actually allow to install it - just gives an endless spinner.
  • nothing ear (1)

dang. i really wanted to like these. the price point is amazing and I'm a huge fan of other TE projects. my pair is broken or something. it interprets a passing breeze, or a subvocal comment as a command to halt playing my music, and tapping it to resume works like 1/3 of the time. it's unusable unless I'm lying perfectly still and not moving or talking. hopefully they can fix it in software but i have very little faith for software. reasonably useful for a phone call, didn't drop everything that time so i guess it wasn't a total waste of money
