  • Amazing Product

    These are great earbuds! I switched from AirPods to these, and they are better in every way! Would highly recommend!
  • Keep the updates coming…

    Overall, the experience hasn’t been superb. It’s nearing that perfect balance between options, feel, upgrades, and use, but it’s not there yet. The app is buggy and took me a while to download each update. Keep receiving and using customer feedback to improve earbud user and sound experience and a five star review will be in this app’s future. And for God’s sake, please give us a more customizable equalizer experience. Overall happy with my purchase, but I’m excited for more options and better sound connection and quality.

  • Connection failures

    So far disappointed with this. It sounds great when in the house. But so is $15 earbuds. Outside the connectivity drops when listening to music and during calls other side can’t hear me clearly.

    I’m looking forward to new software update so that those issues goes away otherwise not worth it.
  • Worth it

    The $20 refund (which i confirm I received) for the delay in delivery was a nice gesture from the company.

    The ear buds are light and I can easily wear them for prolonged durations. The fitting is great while workouts too (had to swap out the different rubber ear plugs a couple of times to get the best fit).

    The sound quality is 7/10 overall.

    No connectivity issues so far, charging works flawlessly.

    Cons:
    - Sometimes the app forgets the settings like nose cancellation etc.
    - There is a very, very faint flicker in the ear buds (possibly the noise cancellation doing it’s work) while I have the ear buds on without any music playing.

  • Right bud dead

    Out of the box the right bud was low. Charged both buds and case to 100%. Right bud drained to zero and left bud was at 80%. I’ve contacted support and provided my data and still no timely reply. Now the right bud will not charge at all. At this point I’d like a refund. I had high hopes for these. The sound is very nice for the price but the customer service and quality of the product is bad experience. Also it took 3.5 hours to drain the left bud to zero. I’d expect longer battery life.

  • Good effort

    Earbuds are really comfortable I would say on par with the AirPod pros, noise cancellation is ok not as good as AirPod pros but do enough of blocking out sound when in an office or when you are walking with light traffic. Busier areas they start to let in background noise. When using for calls people have said the quality is really good quality.

    The app is straight forward and easy to use and set up gesture controls which I do like how you can turn up or down music on the steams something missing for more expensive earbuds.

    For £99 and if you have not tried AirPod Pros before you would not miss anything spending anymore on some ear buds 👍🏼

  • Bluetooth Disconnection FIX

    For those people experiencing Bluetooth disconnection whenever you exit the app, here might be a helpful fix:

    1. Click forget device and reinstall the app
    2. Follow the instructions exactly: open the case, press the case button until u see white blinks, connect your earbuds.
    3. When your earbuds are set up, exit the app
    4. Go to Bluetooth in settings and wait till you see nothing ear buds pop up
    5. Click on it and connect to it
    6. You should hear a ring on ur earphones, and you are all good to go!

  • Don’t work

    Finally received them and they’re completely non-functional. No lights, no sound, no power, no showing up in the Bluetooth list.
    Used the Contact Form to let them know and then they reply with questions and suggestions that I’ve already answered in my initial contact! Time-wasting support is so common these days with canned responses that show companies aren’t really trying to help much with problems.
    And 72 hours for replies? Good grief.

  • Worth every penny

    The earbuds sound better then I imagined and are on the same level as AirPod pros. The app enhances my experience significantly. You can customize the gestures however you want so you’ll be comfortable. The equalizer works VERY well. When I want to hear more base, I just tap on more base and when I want to hear more voice, I just tap on voice. I’d say this is the best thing I’ve purchased this year. 10/10 would recommend to literally everyone

  • Not connecting to my IPhone 6

    I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 12.5.5 and it’s not connecting. It connected to my wife’s phone which is a iPhone 7 or 8 running iOS 15.0. I’ve been trying to get my phone to connect for 3 hours and nothing has worked I followed all instructions and I still can’t get it to connect. My wife had some trouble at first but it eventually connected. It took maybe 30 to 45 minutes for it to connect to her phone but then we tried on my phone again the same way she did it on hers and it still didn’t work.
