Connection Error Issue
I’ve seen the reviews and they all relate to my problem. The app worked fine the first weeks when I had my lights installed now it just says connection error every time I open the app, I try the things it says I should do and still says TIPS (you know from there)Mackenzie_Hershey
The colors aren’t working properly
Say I would choose green it would be like pupils and it’s like that for all the colors. So if I want to get a certain colour I’m playing around with the app just guessing… please fix this.PhantvmSmellslikecheese

I Need Help
Everything works perfectly fine until I try to make my custom light sequence. When I select my light sequence the brightness always dims even after I put it all the up when I modify it? Is there anyway to fix this???JayJay207$

It works fine for me. I like the lamp and app. Though I wish that there was an easy way to schedule the lamp to gradually get brighter or darker through a certain time frame. Like if you could make it go from 0% brightness at 8am to 75% brightness at 8:30am for example.FoundUFromTiktok

Rocket Symbol
This app works great but can someone tell me what the rocket symbol at the bottom means because I can’t notice a difference when I turn it up or down so can someone please tell me what it means please and thank youLachyMc
Connection error problem
Sometimes the app works for me but only for small period of time. I am kind of annoyed with it because I will have my phone connected to the app and it will work for about a day. When I go back to change the colors on my phone, it will say there is a connection error and I will retry over and over and it doesn’t work. I usually have to wait about 2 months to try again and be successful and that’s super annoying. I like it when it works but it is very frustrating.Show lessEddie The Freak Munson
