fix that bug ASAP!!
I am no longer able to open the lights after the March 28, 2023 update!! I see that the lights are connected on the app but it does not turn on anymore... please fix that bug ASAP!! I've been in the dark ever since 😭ti-tock23
Bluetooth issue
The app keeps saying something abt a connection error and I’ve tried multiple times to reconnect and delete the app still does not work and my controller is brokenblunts4lifw
Connection error problem
Literally just bought them a couple days ago and the app keeps saying there’s an error with connecting but when I go to my Bluetooth it’s connected to them so it’s getting annoying and needs to be fixed. It would be so much easier to use my phone rather than the remote (which my son tends to lose from time to time) but it keeps telling me that I need to try different things to be able to connect and even when I do them it still doesn’t work. Probably going to get new ones if it doesn’t get fixed.Show lessbri br1

The app was working perfectly fine for my led light but it seems like this happened to everyone but all of a sudden it doesn’t wanna connect to my device. This needs to be fixedRyiaa🤟🏽🙀

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I scanned the qr code on the usb plug, which took me to this app, and it connected immediately (opened app, plugged in lights, done)NoNickNolte

Works just fine for me
I read a lot of negative reviews so I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Bluetooth connected immediately and flawlessly. I was able to control the brightness and colors without any trouble. I chose music and the light pulsed to the beat. It was awesome. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I have not tested all the features yet. Wondering if some of the earlier complaints were due to user error or perhaps the app has been updated.Show lessLudekris
