Horrible…. Too many misreads
This app is horrible. There are far too many better ones. I’ve been comparing them with another app. The other app is on point, this one is reading things so off beat its pathetic. I hate that I’ve wasted seven dollars….. I’ll be filing for a refund. I can never find the people.Augusta W

Can’t ID simple stones
I was excited for this app, hoping that it could help me identify some crystals that I didn’t know what they were, and every time I got cannot identify cannot identify it is one of the worst apps I have seen they need to fix all the issues that they have.Dyoumdawn
Wrong identification on most rocks

Unhappy, waste of time and money
Virtually all the crystals I tried to have identified are wrong . Tigers Eye is not Amber, Bumble Jasper is not Amber, catseye Turquoise is not a moonstone, bloodstone is not obsidian. I day use and totally not happy need to cancel and get refundCollyDD
Avoid
First of all, it did not identify correctly any of my crystals which I knew. Secondly , free trial did not work. I could not find a way to stop subscription, I was lucky that my credit card was old and did not workfrost1970
Absolute rubbish
