  • Not at all good

    Did not identify correctly
  • Not good enough

It might have been good if it didn’t repeatedly pester me for a premium membership, It didn’t even identify any of my stones correctly.
  • Horrible

I downloaded this and forgot to end the free subscription so now I am stuck with it for a year for $29. Absolute waste of $$. It can’t identify anything. Would not recommend at all.
  • terrible

every single crystal i put into the app was identified as wrong. i even put an easily identified crystal such as rose quartz and tigers eye and rose quartz came up as carnelian and tigers eye came up as green jade?? would not download plus you have to pay after a week free trial
  • It has identified none of my crystals correctly

I wish I could get a refund for this app I already paid for that identifies everything incorrectly
  • Con

This is a con ! Paid £25.00 and it never worked and couldn’t get my money back. These people disgust me ,conning folk out of their money ,bought it in good faith ,they should be ashamed !
  • Difficult to see this app as anything more than a scam

I tried to use this app to identify a few stones which I knew the identity of, but of course it forces you to subscribe before it will offer up an identity. As it was offering a 7 day free trial first, I figured I could always cancel before the charge if it wasn’t any good. It was unable to correctly identify ANY of the crystals I put to it, so I very quickly decided to cancel the trial (within about 10 minutes or so), to discover I’d already been charged $29 for a years subscription (even though it said 7 trial in the title of the subscription). I have subsequently reported the app to Apple as fraudulent and requested a refund. Regardless of the error with the charge, this app is useless. Every stone with remote refraction will show up as sapphire. Or ruby.

  • Like so many others…

I was also bamboozled with the idea that I could possibly use an app for what it’s advertised without having to pay a subscription fee. I had one stone I needed to identify bc it came in a box as a gift, ONE STONE, and I couldn’t even do that because I would have had to pay the ridiculous $27 fee first. Appalling. And the graphics make it look like a silly game. So I guess there’s that? I deleted it almost immediately.

  • So expensive

It’s not about having fun or sharing knowledge it’s all about making money. These companies don’t care about anything except money that’s why it’s so expensive and it won’t identify correctly a lot of the time
  • Horrible

It doesn’t identify the simplest of crystals. It will give you 5 different types of crystal and none of them are right. What’s worse is, I can’t find out how to cancel my “free” trial.
