  • Literally useless unless you pay

This app does not tell you anything whatsoever unless you pay for it, so don’t bother trying the “limited” version.
  • Not what it makes itself out to be

First of all, if users can’t identify crystals without paying for it then don’t advertise the app as free. A free trial doesn’t count as ‘free.’ And when I signed up for the free trial to use its main function, which is to identify crystals, it only got 1/5 correct. And these were very easily identifiable crystals, as well like rose quartz, amethyst, tigers eye, and citrine. Not worth paying $40 for a 90% failure rate

  • Not Accurate

This app hasn’t got not 1 stone right that I’ve taken a picture of on top of that it gives results of crystals a whole different color… was not worth my money
  • Not worth even 1 star

Absolutely awful app. I now need to cancel my subscription. The identification is very poor. Didn’t identify any of my crystals correctly. Don’t bother wasting your time
  • Completely inaccurate and disappointing

I paid for the subscription with the one week trial because I was so excited about this app! Thank goodness I had the trial, I canceled immediately after it couldn’t identify any of my very common stones successfully. So disappointing. Delete delete delete
  • Not what I expected

Poor identification and none of my crystals were recognised correctly a very poor product that I accidentally subscribed to and would definitely not be worth the subscription price so stay away!
  • App does not work

I tried with multiple different stones. Every single one of them came back as moonstone. This app is incredibly inaccurate. Do not waste your money I canceled immediately.
  • New user.

Well I was excited. Literally just opened the app and I feel scammed. Another thing you have to pay for. Yay…. Guess I’ll just stick to my book and the old fashioned way. Or find an app that won’t turn into another bill. So needless to say, I’ll be deleting this app.
  • HOW AN-NOYING!!!

I can’t even BEGIN to give this app a chance because not only are they just like EVERY. SINGLE. OTHER. APP. forcing us into yet Another Subscription!!!! Knowledge/info/education shouldn’t require another subscription in life but ANYWAY… after trying several of the other apps and quickly deleting them for different reasons - even one surprising reoccurring one: ACCURACY. … Now… this app actually went so far in an either , 1- desperate or 2- straight ignorant attempt to get subscriptions by evaluating my stone (which I chose to evaluate as an accuracy test) and then stating that there HAD MY RESULTS and I could receive the results only AFTER I subscribe and THEN to add INSULT to INJURY ; they offered me 1/3 of the original subscription cost when I said no which means that if I had been a DUMMY and actually paid the almost $30 subscription then I would have been a straight CLOWN. In conclusion ; It’s not WHAT you do but just HOW you decide to go about it and in this case, I just don’t appreciate your entire approach to me as a customer. That is just the business standards that I require- as I’m sure I am not the only one. I’ll check back and see if you might be worth another try if you can get your approach together.

  • Terrible

The photo identification is awful total waste of money…I took a picture of a piece of clear quartz and it gave hematite and obsidian as possible options this is a total joke
