Kind of worthless
It doesn’t recognize any of the stones I take pictures of or if it “identifies” it, it’s the wrong stone. I can’t do a search or even look because the list isn’t in alphabetical order. Unsubscribing and deleting.iamaman2015
Unreliable ID
Even when I use my flash it only identifies correctly less than half of the timeThBookaneer

I tried three stones by photo to be identified, two of which I knew. It not only couldn’t identify the one I didn’t know but completely miss identified the other two, even showing photos that were not even the same color or shape stone. Terrible!metafizzy
I bought the subscription
I bought the subscription, got a new phone, tried to login on the new phone and keep getting an error. Now I feel like I paid for nothing.Faerylanddreams
Not accurate at all
I had a mystery stone in an order and wanted to verify what it was. All the stones suggested didn’t even come close in color to what I had. Scanned some stones I already had and NONE of them were identified correctly. Definitely NOT worth the subscription and thank goodness for the free trial. So wrong
I downloaded this with high expectations. Man was I ever disappointed. I took several pictures of blue calcite (said it’s moonstone) and a Seraphinite (said it was a diamond). After taking at least ten pictures of different stones, it only got one right. I even gave it easy to identify stones. Horrible app.Show lessSunnyOR
Can’t use the app????
I’ve had the identifier for two days and can’t figure out how to use it. The 7 day trial is no good if I can’t use it to try your service. Please correct this issue.
The one star is because the app did open.

Disappointed
I got this in hopes of being able to identify random crystals that I have and to also have a nice day base of the qualities of the crystals - I scanned 6 different crystals and it was not able to identify even one of them! Don’t waste your timePhg2006
