Absolutely inaccurate
I was so excited to download this app and when it additionally identified quartz and amethyst correctly I paid for the year and then everything went wrong. it identified a cryophrase as amethyst and identified a blue fluorite as sphalerite and pink tourmaline as astrophyllite. The app is easy to use but it doesn’t accurately identify crystals. Scanned the same one four times. Got four different results. All were wrong.Lablady1974
Not accurate, not worth a dime
not only does it not even recognize the simplest of crystals, it gives wild assumptions not even relatively close to what was given?? i have clear quartz and used it as a base since it called a dark green crystal moonstone, and it said my clear quarts was tigers eye, what a scam.anobeanuwu
Do not get this app!
I’ve been working with crystals for a really long time and every single time I have used this app it has given the incorrect name. Maybe it is good for basic stones but otherwise a total waste!Rowans Rituals
Waste of an app
They seriously expect you to pay $28 a year for an app that either can’t recognize anything or completely makes up an answer. I tried it out with a mystery stone I have and it couldn’t give me anything for it. I tested it out with a piece of clear Quartz and it told me it was Malachite. This app can not identify any stone. Not to mention it will identify is over and over as different stones if you take the same picture of the stone. Had high hopes. Just disappointing.SweetredFL
Terrible app
If I could give zero stars I would. The app has not correctly identified any of the crystals in my collection. I tried another app and it was very accurate. Also, I cancelled within the trial period and was still charged for the subscription with no refund. Don’t buy this appqueenrwg
Pitiful
This app does not work well enough for the price of it. It identified maybe 2% of my bought collection. Forget about trying to identify anything you may find in nature. Please do not waste your money.1greenwitch
