  • How do I get out of my walk! 🤬

    Ok so when I made my account I went to this training thing it said I could run walk hike or bike si I pressed walk ten minutes later I paused the thing cause I was done but it didn't let the timer go away and now m y watch is stuck like please fix the problem or I will be MAD🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Hi so I have te newest version of BIGGERFIVE and it was included with an app so I downloaded the app of course but I noticed how it kept logging me out and it was very annoying how I had to keep logging in 4-5 times a month you know? And my exercise record sleeping record NEVER RECORDED even though I exercise multiple times with the watch I just dislike for the most🤨

  • This app is so frustrating

    It was working perfectly fine for months and then about a month ago it randomly logged me out and I’ll have the watch right on top of the phone to sync it and it says sync failed and then I finally after trying so many times it worked and I had to recreate my sons profile on the app and then the next time it was logged out again and won’t sync watch to app again 😡😡😡😡😡🥹

    Sorry, this is a bug in the IOS system of the new version we launched some time ago, we have modified it as soon as we found it, and you can try it again now. Sorry for the bad experience!
  • Annoying and glitchy

    App is very annoying and glitchy. I know I have my password correct, and it won't let me login. So I try and reset my password and that won't work either. My daughters watch has the time wrong and without the app I cannot fix that issue..... which then makes the watch completely pointless. Frustrating!

  • Can’t log in

    Downloaded this to go with my kids watches and was able to login, but then got kicked out. Now I can’t log back in. I can’t access the watches to correct the time so they are basically useless now.

    Got feedback from developer but these aren’t even settings that I have. I still cannot use the app.

  • Glitchiest app I’ve ever used

    I just got these watches for my kids Christmas and the app is awful.
    Nothing works, and I can’t even submit a support request because it says my number is incorrect (tried every entry variation I can think of).
    It won’t connect to both watches simultaneously. I have to go in and manually connect them every time. It won’t let me add a picture. It won’t let me update objectives/goals.
    If you’re looking for something more than a basic time telling watch, this is not it.
  • Frustrating app

    This app never works when I need it to—we’ve had the watches for almost 2 years. Today, I can’t even log into my account…won’t let me touch the login button. I’m constantly having to resync the watches. When it does work it is slow and sometimes doesn’t keep the information saved for two kids’ watches. Hope everyone else has better luck than me and it’s pretty sad when he kids are annoyed. I will likely be investing in different watches.
  • Poor visual accessibility / Not WCAG 2

    The app has incredibly small text, and uses colors with very low contrast. It also does not adjust to the larger text Accessibility settings native to my phone. I had to use my iPhones Zoom accessibility feature for the entire account setup. Very frustrating. I haven’t started using the actual app yet, so can’t comment there yet.
  • Watch itself is great, the app?… not so much…

    I got these watches for my 7 and 8 eight year olds in lieu of the Fitbit ones for kids just to assess how they handle these devices. They love them! And to be honest, they are actually really cool and surprisingly effective for their price point. They track things pretty accurately. So the watch is probably a 4-5 stars. HOWEVER, the app is terrible. It does not let me sync both watches and view them simultaneously like other brands do. I have to log out of one, sync the other watch, and reset the device and refresh the app just to check their stats on the app. Both of my kids are constantly asking things that require me to frequently go in and out of the app, causing me to to do this. Not to mention the app itself isn’t the most user friendly. So hopefully they get a serious update.
  • App ruins the experience

    The watch is great…if you didn’t have to connect it to an app. Each time you charge the watch, the time is wrong. So you have to go to the app to correct it, but the app “can’t find” the watch to do so. It’s super frustrating
