Uggh, reset step count on sync
Had the app/watch paired. 8 year old son was proud of his 13k steps today. Went to show him his progress on the app and it reset his step count on his watch to 0. Instant meltdown, be warned!ea192

The connectivity of these is junk. We bought one for both of our kids and have had nothing but problems. I cannot even log on anymore.johnston106
Can’t use on both mom and dads phone
Why is this app designed so only one parent can view it? You can’t sync the same watch to two different devices! I like to track our sons steps/sleep and my husband wants to use it to log his running. We can only do it with one phone! Super lame and frustrating. *Otherwise* I really do like the watch and most of the app. Our son loves it too!Daisyjs8
