Very Disappointed
This app suuuucks. It crashes every time you try to log in. I finally deleted and reinstalled it and now I cannot even log into it. We just bought the fitness tracker for my daughter’s birthday and that seems to work just fine…as a watch.-MamaMegatron-
Won’t Connect
The device says that it is bound and it shows the Bluetooth symbol in the bracelet but the app keeps saying connection failed. I need to change the time on the bracelet and I have no way of doing that.Daws65

App is Bad and that’s putting it lightly
The blue tooth function is terrible. It barely connects and I have to continually turn oBluetooth on and off on my phone to get app to connect to watch. Since the app update I can’t even get into the app because the initializing functionality always fails and doesn’t give an option to get out of that message to get into the app. This makes the watch useless because you can’t do anything manually on the watch, it’s all through the app on the phone.Sagowell
Not great interface
Most of the changes on the watch has to be made via app but app/phone has to be right by the watch to connect to Bluetooth which then downloads the changes. This affects being able to remotely set the alarm, set goals, etc. Not very user friendly and interface is so confusing, especially when trying to keep up with multiple kids. Syncing watches takes forever, if at all able to. Step counter on the watches are a joke, very inaccurate. But I guess it’s what you get at this price point.Rellotse
Data doesn’t sync
The watch shows the steps and the activity but it doesn’t show in the app even when the watch/device is paired. Can’t see the data on the app.Iloperez

I love this app!
A lot of people say it’s hard to use but I love it! You just have to learn how to use the app before using it daily. I will admit it took me a while to learn how do use the app but ever since I loved it! This app is better than VeryFitPro.Sara Suleman
