Useless instructions when it does not work to pair
Followed the instructions in English. Downloaded this app. The functions are perfectly work with remote control. But this app and pairing to iPhone are out of sync and no matter how many times I try. There is no support for this app and why so complicated things to pair the app with the ceiling fan. Wondering if I can get help to pair this device.Show lessJustMe423

You must pair after flipping the light switch only. Within five seconds. Not turning on with remote first, only light switch/breaker.Dandee36
Fanlamp app does not connect using Bluetooth
What a waste of money the Fanlamp was. About as good as the application which fails to connect, apart from the phone on the video you are sent to.
The fan is very fast, too fast on the first setting, any higher than this, then hold on to everything of value.Heffster61

Don’t buy their ceiling fans, app doesn’t connect
I bought a ceiling fan that was cheap compared to others and this app was supposed to run the fan along with its light. No control switches on the fan itself but it comes with a remote. The app will not connect. I wish I was able to look up the app before buying the ceiling fan. If the remote breaks or gets lost then this ceiling fan is useless. And do you think I’ll be able to get a replacement remote? Nah! Sending this ceiling fan right back.Show lessPun not intended
