App won’t pair
App does not work. Fan does not show up on Bluetooth to pair. Fan won’t pair to app. Didn’t buy it for that but would be nice if the feature they advertise actually worked. Very disappointedT Bren
Won’t pair to the fan.
I am disappointed in the app as it will not pair to the fan. The instructions that came with the fan are fairly simple but don’t really make sense since it’s a Bluetooth device it would need to be selected from the Bluetooth settings but then you have to push the button in the app within 5 seconds of turning it on?? I don’t get it. Hopefully it can improve soon because if we lose the remote, how will we turn the light and fan on?? Oh well… we shall see.Show lesshdyer413

it doesn’t work. The only reason for the app is so the fan manufacturer can say there is one.tirrrrrpmo

Absolutely terrible app. Doesn’t pair. No customer service response. What a waste of time trying to get the app to work. Deleted and reinstalled thinking maybe that would work. Would give this a negative rating if possible.? waste
