I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my news without making Blackstar Network my first stop. I believe in Roland Martin, the staff and the panelists for how they so passionately and with competency speak on the topics. Whatever the events or policies are, I come away with a clear understanding of the content. I’ve followed Mr. Martin for years on his various news programming on Tv One, CNN, and I’ve found him to be trustworthy and credible. The Blackstar Network is a jewel. That’s why I protect it with my contributions. I make it a habit to contribute more than what is asked for by Roland. I really can’t put into words how much TBSN have changed my mindset on how important it is to hear our thoughts, voices, feelings and our stories. I share TBSN as much as possible but especially with my family young and seasoned. I see TBSN being a major news source and I’m happy to be a part of its growing the community and world.

I watch the Black Star Network to stay informed about what’s happening in my community. Roland has on great guest who are their to inform our community. The information shared there is not on regular TV. I want and need to know what’s effect me and my community. That what I get from Black Star Network. Every other community does the exact same thing. They watch and listen to the people and institutions they trust. It’s important to me to support our own and that’s exactly what I’m doing. Like every other community I want the money spent and circulated with my community. I absolutely appreciate the information given on his show and the community of guests he has on the program. I’ve contributed to Black Star Network what I consider pennies for what I get from the program. I want to keep the show going for the next generation and so on.
