The Black Star Network not just matters, it is NECESSARY.
THe Black Star Network is the only network that is loyal to our community. It brings the information that is necessary for us to be informed, and that information also “forms” our thinking and community. It is not to be compared to CNN, MSNBC and other media platforms because they are not made to address the challenges that are unique to our community. The Black Star Network is OUR jewel because offers knowledge. Knowledge - and how to use it - is very powerful.

Roland Martin and the Blackstar network are God sent. To many years of false information for our people on the local channels were lies and they portrayed us like animals. Roland Martin has brought back pride and knowledge that our Black people need. They have empowered us to continue on to fight for the lives of our people and children. It has given us hope. It would be nice if when you open the app there is a button for live streaming whatever show is currently showing on the app.
Apparently there’s only a button to explore or search or your account. Currently I can only see pasth episodes. I don’t have a button on the app to go live to whatever is being currently streamed.

The app is great. I can watch any of the shows no matter where I am. I was really excited to find the app on my Roku TV! Roland, and his knowledgeable panel is hands down the best of any of the cable news shows.IMWS
