I’ve been donating for years now and I’m confused.
I’ve met the $50 payment tier and I don’t miss unless I absolutely have to, but the last two donations have been less and less from $40 to $30. I don’t mind the employees but you guys up top make to much off put plasma to be pulling that.
If this is how this is going to work I’m going to have to switch to another donation center, I like helping people but I don’t plan on sticking around to play games about what I’m told I’ll be paid on the app. If it is going to be a different amount just change the entire app to reflect that please.Show lessA regular of this place.

Doesn’t work
I’m going to donate three more times to get my new donor fees. But then I’m going to the other plasma center in my town whose app actually works. I’m not spending over half an hour in line waiting because only one check-in machine is working and it takes five minutes just for one person to get through the questions but I can’t do the screening questions online because the app won’t work. And every person I’ve asked at the donor center, which is what the direction say to do if you’re having trouble with the app has said. “I don’t know”. There’s literally no help anywhere.
