Such an amazing app to take the stress out of knowing what to do in workouts. Britt is such a motivational trainer and the app is really well thought out. Easy and fun to use!

Body Active is so amazing! I love the community feel with the Facebook group. Britt is so active with us and always happy to chat about any questions we have. The app is super simple to use and I can do my workouts from anywhere and any time which is so convenient for me and my job. The yoga and Pilates are such great ways to add to a workout or even do on their own. I highly recommend this app.

Great Variety & Easy to follow
I am at an intermediate fitness level but fairly new to the gym and I find this app great! there is such a variety and quantity of workouts that I feel like you’d never get through them all. I think the strength blocks could be structured a bit better so you don’t have to zig zag to different machines/locations on the gym floor but overall I’m loving it! I also love the tracking sheet & video instructions.

Great strength training program
Britt is an experienced, energising and encouraging PT specialising in strength training. Her new app brings this all together with loads of variety of workouts to do either at home or at the gym, with and without equipment. Bit different to your standard follow along work out apps but I had tired of those, wanted to listen to my own music etc. Take your time to get to know the features in the program, it’s well worth it. Amazing ✨
Honestly Britt has nailed this app! I have tried so many apps and this is by far my favourite. The strength block are amazing for building up muscle. Seeing how much I progress each week is also amazing! The other workouts are so fun and make cardio not that bad at all hahaha. I have never seen finishers on an app and it’s such a good way to get that heart rate up at the end of strength days. Love the app and it’s so easy to navigate! Thanks Britt 💛

Okay for beginners
I cancelled this app after just a week or so. I just couldn’t get into it. Th workouts say they take 40-60 minutes and I swear it only took me 20 max with breaks. A bit confusing to navigate and the workouts are just not enough. But the finishers were fantastic! Didn’t want to do the same workouts three weeks in a row when they it felt like I didn’t do much. Great for beginners though.
