    So glad Easy Pay has this app. It’s makes it so much easier to make my payments.
  • Bad interface

    Seeing a password takes too long because the instructions are inaccurate. Selecting a payment amount isn’t functional. Needs a lot of work.

    I’ve been trying to pay my full balance and the app keep returning my payments, I already contact my bank and they said everything is fine with the bank. Everyday that goes in getting more interest to pay and that’s not my fault

    I recommend reading the contract thoroughly and I mean thoroughly before you sign. I was under the impression that I was to pay a certain amount per month and it turned out. I had to pay it semi monthly, so please be careful everybody out there.

  • Worse app ever

    I’m making payments for car repairs and I tried Paying through the app and it never went through despite me having money! Now I’m two weeks late behind on my payments and only in more hot water, I don’t recommend this app!

    Do not use this app, read the fine print!!! I’ve been using this app to pay off a loan biweekly. They continue to bump up my interest even though I have great credit, no late fees etc. it was suppose to take me a few months to pay off what I owed, but they bumped my interest rate to 89% . Everytime I pay, my owed amount keeps going up. I’ve called to verify and they just say if I do double payments it should eventually go down. I now owe triple in just interest. I do plan on doing way extra payments just to get rid of this app! I’ve use multiple apps such as these in the past and this is by far the worst. Do not recommend unless you wanna get trapped!! This has also happened to multiple people I’ve talked to trying to figure out if it was just me. Pay what you owe quick and delete this app.
  • Customer Service Horrible

    This is my third time & never had issues prior to this last purchase. I called to request my bank acct not be drafted & to use the debit card on file. I always made sure the funds were in there, my fault for not following up, but again this was my third time & no issues in the past. When it came close to pay off, I noticed a large dollar amount & they had taken back the 90 days promo. When I called to ask what happened I was told a payment wasn’t made in a certain time frame so they cancelled the promo and now I’m charged huge fees. Terrible customer service, be careful
