Almost useless
App works mediocre at best on a tablet (iPad in my case). Completely useless on an iPhone (14 pro max) because I can’t get passed the screen to check the box for terms & conditions. Haven’t been able to get past it in 4 months. No update has fixed it yet! Save your time and just use their web portal.PopePope73
Stopped working
I have had this app for almost 3 years now, in the beginning it was great. The past few months every time I try to log in it says there’s no internet and it won’t let me. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, it didn’t change anything. When I could use it, it was great!Amanda0810W
Convenient but still have a long way to go
Stays glitching.
Can’t log in when I need to. Most times I end up online. What’s the purpose of the app, if I still have to go online. Crashes and doesn’t load when you need to make payments. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still won’t open. I thought it needed to update but it don’t. Just a blank screen when I try to use the app. This has happen multiple times.
If I get a message, I can’t even view on app, gotta go to website. Annoying and frustratingYanique Leslie
