I’ve used Perpay for almost a year now if not longer, I’ve never once missed a payment and my set payments which is directly deposited from my payroll has always been set way over the required amount for direct deposit. I’ve been paying $300 bi weekly without fail with a $2000 credit and 0 balance. I attempted to purchase a phone for the past 2 weeks and initially was told once my payment goes through (still 0 balance) the item will send. Payment went through this morning and still saying I have to wait another 2 weeks for my next pay cycle. When again I have a 0 balance. This is ridiculous, my automatic payments has always been set to $300 and my payment history shows that. They are unwilling to assist me, as I’ve been a compliant customer and continue to provide different information. I would rather deal with any other company, at least you can speak directly to a person. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not care about you, your needs or level of compliance.
