  • Almost useless

    App works mediocre at best on a tablet (iPad in my case). Completely useless on an iPhone (14 pro max) because I can’t get passed the screen to check the box for terms & conditions. Haven’t been able to get past it in 4 months. No update has fixed it yet! Save your time and just use their web portal.
  • Stopped working

    I have had this app for almost 3 years now, in the beginning it was great. The past few months every time I try to log in it says there’s no internet and it won’t let me. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, it didn’t change anything. When I could use it, it was great!
  • Convenient but still have a long way to go

    Stays glitching.
    Can’t log in when I need to. Most times I end up online. What’s the purpose of the app, if I still have to go online. Crashes and doesn’t load when you need to make payments. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still won’t open. I thought it needed to update but it don’t. Just a blank screen when I try to use the app. This has happen multiple times.
    If I get a message, I can’t even view on app, gotta go to website. Annoying and frustrating
  • I can’t get past the terms of use page

    I’m having a problem with the terms of use page. I read it all the way through I checked the box at the bottom of the page but there is no continue button I can’t get past that point. So I really have no idea what the actual app is about. Extremely frustrating.
  • Great!

    I’m really glad I can finally use an app for my car payments. Very convenient! The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars, is because I don’t like how I can’t see my previous payments. And I cannot see how much more I owe on my car. I know I can call, but I would much prefer to just see it on my app than to wait for somebody to answer my call. Otherwise, it’s great!
  • Login and other issues

    Logging in is extremely hard as you have to do it manually every time even though I enabled Face ID. Another issue is it is extremely slow and freezes at every new page. I have to close it and reopen it multiple times just to get a payment done.
  • Love it!

    So easy to use. It’s so great to be able to pay my car payment with a few clicks. Thank you Credit Acceptance!

  • New User Issue

    I setup my account on the website with no issue I have now downloaded the mobile app and signed in with my credentials but after it prompts me to accept the terms and conditions, I click the box and nothing happens. There is no option to continue. I have deleted and downloaded again and am still stuck on the first page. Very disappointing.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. Your experience is not what we intended. In order to accept the terms and conditions, you have to swipe all the way to the bottom of the page.   • Needs Quicker Sign-In Methods

    The app is simple & user friendly. My only complaint is the sign-in process. It’s 2023. We're in the age of biometric technology. It’s inconvenient to have to constantly type in our email & password every time we open the app. If I want to quickly log in to grab information, I should be able to quickly access that information. Allow users the option of signing in using facial recognition.

    Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The app does support biometrics login. Would you mind trying these few troubleshooting steps: 1. Go to Settings and find the Credit Acceptance App 2. Make sure that the biometrics permissions are turned ON 3. Login to the app using your email and password 4. Go to the Pofile settings by clicking on the person icon on the top right 5. Click on the Face ID login settings 6. Turn on face ID and save Once this is enabled, when you try to open the app, there should be a button that says "Sign In with Face ID" Please give this a try. If you are still having issues, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-634-1506 so that we may assist you further.
  • Do this to get passed login

    I was having issues at first but got through it, if anyone is struggling to get passed the login screen then I recommend this

    1.just click forgot password
    (This would obviously make you change your password so make sure you remember)

    2. Once your done changing it, it’s going to make you wait a while but if it doesn’t load then, close the app then reopen it then, just type in your email and your new password

    This should work out for you guys since it did happen to me (Hope I helped someone out)
