  • Face ID still doesn’t work

    Although there are claims of fixing this issue in more than a few previous reviews, the Face ID button still does absolutely nothing.
  • This app stinks.

    This app makes it impossible to pay your bill. Then you have to call to pay your bill and get charged to pay your bill!! Make it make sense.

    I have to keep logging in every time even after selecting save and face id

    You guys need a fix the forgot password ,it always failed .

  • Terrible App

    Why create an app that can not be used. I added it and deleted 3 times trying to get the app to let me past the acceptance page. Once you click the box there was nothing else to scroll to and the back button didn’t even work. This would be an awesome app to add to help keeping up with my car payment. Y’all should really look into fixing that issue.

  • No option for Face ID login from iPhone 12

    Really would be much more convenient for the consumers of this app to be able to login with Face ID from iPhone, it used to work but hasn't since I downloaded the app rather than using the website? Please fix this issue!

  • Manual login 2.0

    It would really be nice if you fix the login problem I’ve updated the app and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I still have to enter my information every time I open the app instead of being able to use faceid why even have it as an option to use if the app makes you manually login every time you open the app

  • Doesn’t work

    Can’t get past where you accept terms of use. After reading terms of use and checking the accept box, the app just freezes. Won’t allow to even go back.
    I have tried several times. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. It won’t work on my iPhone 13 max.

  • Unable to Login

    I’ve reset my password twice and still unable to login through the app. It keeps prompting a message “unable to authenticate” as if my account isn’t register then I tried the signup option but as I thought my info shows up as register!

  • Glitchy and going no where

    It won’t let me get past terms of service. I’ve scrolled the whole terms and visited the link in blue but still nothing, it’s froze up. I was looking forward to the app but now it’s just as difficult as going to the website. Deleting……I’ll be so glad when I pay my loan off Credit Acceptance is the worst.
