I have been following Epoch Times for several Years.__ Probably because of the original and clearly stated understanding why there was a definite ' meme ?' beginning in the later 1960's into the 1970's advising of the considerable visits by Pierre Elliot Trudeau to Communist China Party domination and disregard to the lives of average, ordinary, persons by Mao Zedong's directives in and of ignorance in the" Great Leap Forward ". __This not only led to hundreds of China's Citizens deaths through starvation, but destroyed the entrenched manner of providing Food to a large self-sustained population and ability for some additional personal wealth through marketing of products outside of Their village/community. __ The corporate and public media never followed through on the ' communism meme' even though there were examples of European Communism infiltration in to Ottawa's political Culture. __I similar to most Ontario Citizens and residents , basically forgot the deepness of P.E.T. into China's communist culture.__ Epoch Times introduction to China's cruelty to Falun Gong followers opened up my forgotten concern regarding P.E.T. __ MikeSr. Sincerely. __Michael McCallion Sr.

Applause for epoch times
Each Thursday I enjoy the paper and am enjoying discovering the online information also. I believe they strive to report fairly and the content is geared for families too. I save my paper for a family at church to enjoy also. I highly recommend their content

What has happened to everyone? Roman is gone, all Josh talks about is China now. Everything I click on is weeks and months old? I subscribed a couple years back and was hooked. But everything seems to change every couple of weeks. Moving show times, subjects and people around. So I unsubscribed and just came back to see if it has got any better but it seems to have gotten worse. Roman and Josh was your bread and butter but now it’s very disappointing me.

Good content, if only I could find it…
Like so many other “conservative” or “Christian” services, the navigation is horrendous, the search tool is useless on the iOS app and completely absent on the Apple TV app, there is no categories to browse through. It was confusing from the start to find my way around.
I will say I love the content, but I will not keep my subscription because it just is so frustrating to navigate, and without a search tool that one can actually get results from, what is the point. I spend as much time looking for content as I do watching the content. No thank you.
I will look again later when the service matures a bit and becomes something more navigable.

For far too long, I have listened to government run new stations to find out it is all rubbish. I am glad to be listening to a new station that gives the truth. Thank you
Love the app but
The app is pretty good but frequently it seems to think I’ve left the site and I have to re-login. Very frustrating! Another issue is when I have one of their programs on I cannot simply exit. It’s nearly impossible to get a ‘back’ or exit button to show up do you can look for something else!
Other than that : excellent content all around. It’s so nice to read, see and hear from the ‘side’ that I identify with. You get enough left wing ideology no matter which other media you watch no matter if it’s comedy, drama, sci-fi, etc. We are so grateful when we find news, art, entertainment that doesn’t try indoctrinate us and Epoch fits the bill!
Other than that : excellent content all around. It’s so nice to read, see and hear from the ‘side’ that I identify with. You get enough left wing ideology no matter which other media you watch no matter if it’s comedy, drama, sci-fi, etc. We are so grateful when we find news, art, entertainment that doesn’t try indoctrinate us and Epoch fits the bill!

Good content but the app is buggy 🐛
I believe the Epoch Times is one of the best and unbiased news providers out there. I truly love the content that is presented and find it very informative and entertaining.
With this in mind I have give a 5 star rating for the app but I hope the developers read this review and look into why the app is so buggy with regards to the Video player such as: full screen crashes, full screen work only vertically not horizontal, picture-in-picture works 50% of the time etc. Basically the video player is broken and it needs to be repaired as it makes experiencing the content in the app a pain

Not compliant with GDPR
App forces users to accept use of their data for targeted advertising by means of an “accept” screen which has to be clicked in order to access content. Bypass or non consent is impossible. This is totally illegal under GDPR. Apple should remove this app until it complies with data protection laws.
