So far I like the watch overall but one of the main features I need from it is the messaging, call and email notifications it provides. While the watch gets the notification I do not get any vibration from it at all. The watch can vibrate since I tried some of the features and it vibrates for those but not the important ones I need for my job. There is also nothing on the website about how to troubleshoot this problem as I’m sure I’m not the only one having this issue.

Does not work

The watch will not work because it is not synched with app. app will not work = hopeless. Refund required.

Can’t Track Mileage

I want to say it’s a great watch but I’m not sure I can. The whole reason I got it was to track my mileage when I run so that I don’t have to carry my phone. Unfortunately, that seems to be the only function this fitness watch cannot do.
I ran my usual run around my neighborhood, and it said I ran .2 miles. That doesn’t make sense because, as long as I can remember, running around my neighborhood was AT LEAST a mile! At school I ran what should’ve been almost 3 miles, and the watch recorded it as less than a mile! This has happened so many times, and it is very frustrating that I know I’m running more than what it says, but I can’t know exactly how much I’ve run! Today I decided to use an app on my phone to track my run. It recorded it as 1.09 miles. What did my Kore 2.0 get? 0.2 MILES!
Why is the mileage tracker so incorrect? Now I can’t use the watch for the one function I got it for. All the other things the watch can do work fine, but if you want to track miles, get another, more accurate fitness tracker. And please, developers, PLEASE fix the mile tracking. Otherwise this was a waste of money.

Faulty firmware update

I now have two watches one that tells the time, and a new one which doesn’t connect to the app at all. The first one was fine till the new firmware arrived and I can’t upload the data to the app. I am pleading with Kore to fix the problem ASAP!!!!

Buy something else

I tried to connect my device to my phone for 2 days. I finally gave up and purchased something else. Think long and hard about buying this device. Then buy something that takes a few minutes to connect up.

Poor

I have just purchased the kore 2 watch. I cannot even pair my watch as the KoreHealth app advises to upgrade the firmware.. then it freezes on my phone and won’t do anything. The customer advice I have been given says pair the watch to the phone. They are missing the whole point I cannot get to the point of pairing as it freezes and won’t do a thing! Three days I have been trying to resolve this and am fast loosing patience. Not helpful at all. And every nickname seems to be taken so can’t leave a review!😡

App update solved issues!

The Kore 2 watch is great - really pleased. And now that the update also works properly with my iphone, I’m even happier!

Data sync takes forever

IPhone12 and Kore device data sync stuck at 1% for over 5 minutes and seems to never complete; must connect on my phone every morning (don’t sleep with phone in bedroom); like the Kore but getting tired of these two issues

Fix this app

I worked doing applications for 20 years in IT I’m deleting this app. Let me know when you have a version that works. This product gets more entertaining all the time. Had firmware update today, opened the app, checked my last nights sleep, looked good, next time it synced the data had disappeared. What a feature 😒

Sp02 description page on IPhone

I got my watch/tracker two days ago and it has
operated well but it loses the Bluetooth connection sometime through the day and I have
to reconnect which has worked ok so far.
I am now in the Kore app having a look at the Blood Oxygen SP 02 description page, but I can’t
close the page, there is an X in the top right corner but it doesn’t work, so can’t use the rest
of the app. Over to the programmer’s.
