App functional but that’s about it

I am reviewing the app but it’s hard to review it in isolation: as the only reason to have the app is if you have the kore sport band

I’m on an iPhone X.

My experiences over the last 6 weeks:
- app needs me to go to device tab and hit ‘pair’ almost every time I want the step count to sync from the sport band to the phone which is very manual and very painful

- getting data to Apple health: I have to manually press a button ‘sync to Apple health’ this isn’t automatic?

- Apple health portion says syncing data .. sometimes it just crashes and closing the app and reopening seems to cause confusion - seems to lose the steps from the last sync failure and Apple health under data isn’t showing those steps when the sync crashes - poor

- I’ve rated the app 2* because at the very least it’s own interface functions: in reality this app could be far simpler if it just auto paired the sport band, synchronised the steps and auto synced to Apple health: I don’t actually need all of the metrics on the kore app itself if the data is nicely presented in Apple health.

All in all, I wouldn’t buy this brand again.

I am having same problem with Kore 2.0 watch just arrived today can’t get passed personal information? On the App
Have sent email to helpline wait & see how long it take for them to get back and fix the problem will keep you posted

Awful - do not bother!

My watch arrived yesterday having ordered it on the 15th Jan, easy to set up, the app synchs but thereafter you have to synchs each time. Even more Infuriating I went out on a run with it using the activity section and it did not track the run stating it was too short! I was out for an hour!!! The watch itself in terms of display awful there’s no settings for the app, just rubbish. I only changed watches from a Fitbit because that was temperamental but this one is worse! Might go with an Apple Watch! Returning this watch! I would not recommend the watch or app to anyone! Avoid

Unable to connect

Received my Kore2.0 yesterday looks good and build quickly is pleasing but the app will not move past the person information page , meaning I am unable to pair with my iPhone and therefore can not use the tracker at all, awaiting support to advise, but it could be going back if they don’t sort this out soon.

Kore health watch

Purchased 1 week now I read reviews, I’m impressed hence 5 ⭐️. I have App on my mobile phone , each morning or afternoon it sync info to each other. Be patient when you first get it , it takes couple days for app data and phone data, Rome not built in a day 😋
If I have a dislike it’s charging time, but I’ve since got round it , I charge when having breakfast. Great watch 5⭐️.

Very frustrating

I purchased this watch and have never been so frustrated. You can’t sync your watch with the app no matter what steps I have followed, nothing has worked. I have emailed support 7 times and just get an automated response, which asks me to reply if my problem hasn’t been resolved but yet again the same automated reply comes back- I’ve given up and would rather bin the watch rather than the stress of the return process and go back to a very well know brand with a much better customer service and support centre.

I have had no trouble at all with the app. It connected a lot easier than my old Fitbit. If there is problem it’s the watch, can take time for it “to get going”

Very basic app despite the options

I am new to Kore after having been a Fitbit customer for a number of years. There are a lot of improvements needed in this app. It doesn’t automatically sync or track heart rate, temp, or O2. All have to be initiated manually. The device has unpaired multiple times and although the app claims to sync with Apple Health, the reading never match even after performing a manual sync.
If all you want is a watch that sort of tracks your steps then you might be satisfied with Kore.

Terrible - now I can’t use my watch

You need this app to use your new Kore watch, but you can’t use the app until you register an account, and you can’t confirm account registration until you confirm an email they send - which NEVER ARRIVES. But their email does work, as you can reset your password on your ‘unconfirmed’ account. So the Kore people can send you email, they just choose not too - so you can’t use the app and therefore can’t use your watch. The watch is a present that’s going in the bin

Can’t log in

I’m stuck on an endless loop of verify email address, which I have done numerous time. If you cant log in, it makes the watch useless. Fix your app!
