Got logged out and cannot log back in.

I was randomly logged out and everytime I enter the right password, it says wrong password. I tried resetting it, and it says something went wrong. Please fix it immediately or I'll throw out my Korehealth watch and delete this app!

Bait and switch

You no longer have access to any of the features unless you “upgrade” to a monthly subscription. I would never have purchased the Kore if I knew it would cost $19.+ to get the features that at one point were free. The developer contacted me saying,” You can still use your Kore device without upgrading. We’ll, that’s a little tricky since you can’t access any of your information. It would make sense to implement charges for new customers, but those who purchased the device with specific features should have access to those features.

Don’t Waste Your Money

I liked the scale well enough in the beginning. It isn’t at all accurate with most of it’s features. I’ve had it a year and now it is completely useless. I can’t use the scale AT ALL unless I pay $20 per month for premium access. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app thinking there was a glitch but I still do not have access to anything (except their shop to buy more stuff) unless I upgrade to their premium access and pay $20 a month. I’ve already paid a lot of money to buy the scale. I will NOT pay a monthly fee just to use it!!!!

Our scale is now a high tech brick

In May my wife received the scale as a birthday present and has been using it to track her weight as part of an ongoing health issue. Now, less than a year later, they want to charge $20 a month. As someone else said, Support tells you there is a “Guest” option. There isn’t one I can find and now Support won’t respond to emails.
There should be a way for customers who bought the scale BEFORE KoreHealth added the monthly fee, to continue using their scale for free. I guess we need to go buy a different scale.

Koreacale gen 2.0

Kinda disappointed in this. When I was reading it over it said it can measure 14 different things. I tried to link the app to the scale and nothing it tells me I need to upgrade to their monthly subscription to access anything but it won’t tell we what I get for the purchase. I’m not going to pay for a monthly subscription as I am not excited about that at all. Please make it clear that you product is just a scale until you sign up for the additional monthly fees not fun finding that out after purchasing the item.

Don’t Waste Your Money!

A functioning app is an essential part of a smart device and though you may be prepared to make additional payments for some extra services you don’t expect after happily using your device for a couple of years to find you are now expected to rent its basic functionality for 20 dollars a month.

No value for the cost, misleading

I bought the Kore scale gen2, worked great during the trial period for the app. Now im expected to pay $25(can) per month!? Just to track body metrics with the scale. Absolute scam. Nowhere in the purchasing process was it mentioned that there was a mandatory monthly fee to access all features of the scale. If there was I never would have bought this as the value for the information provided does not add up. I would consider paying 5-20$ per year, maybe.

Disappointed

Ordered and paid for the Kore Fitness Tracker in July 2023. Received the Tracker in November 2023. No communication from Kore for 4 months from the time it was ordered to when it finally arrived. Downloaded the Kore App and initiated the Kore Tracker as per instructions. The Sp02, Stress and HRV Functions don’t work. Sent an email to Kore. Received a prompt reply saying that my concerns will be addressed by the “product support team within 25-48 hours”. That was 5 days ago and no reply from Kore. Sent another email yesterday with screenshots of problem.
My next call will be to the RBC VISA Fraud Department.
Don’t waste your money on this product. Look into FITBIT or GARMIN.

Payment required after trial

I purchased the scale and installed this app. The biggest problem is that after the trial you will be required to upgrade your app account to a paid account to continue using the app with the scale. You will not have access to any of your recorded data until you upgrade your account which makes your “smart” scale dumb. The scale doesn’t have display all the categories of measurement so all you’ll get is your weight.

Beware of this policy before purchasing!

difficulty with watch info

The difficulty I have is that I cannot restart my Watch unless I sign up for a premium membership of 1999 monthly… I do not want to do that and have been in communication with a KoreHealth support since the end of August and to no avail I still do not have an answer to my problem therefore I have not use my watch since the end of August..I like to watch but can I use it
