Awful Hardware and App
Initially everything worked, it downloaded about 30% of my photos and then shut down. The iPad wouldn’t recognize the Stick. I can plug the stick into a PC and it recognizes the stick and the transferred photos using the stick alone or with the adapter. Using my PC I only used about 5% of the Stick capacity. I deleted the app and reinstalled it on my iPad and the app will not recognize the stick at all. The stick and adapter appear OK but the app is awful. What a waste of money. Never buy the PhotoStick or use this app.Sad To The Bone

Why do I fall for junk
I saw the photo stick advertised on YouTube and ordered several for Christmas gifts. Pop-up ads continued with various offers, which really annoyed me, but I eventually found how to say no thanks.
The sticker arrived And I plugged it in, but no matter how hard I try I cannot get it to download more than just a few pictures.I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times, went through troubleshooting. It is not working.rihr6
Update ruined it
It was working amazing but then I updated it and now my phone can’t detect the drive. Which this update was suppose to fix this. Disappointed. I have so many pics of my kids as babies on thereBlah blah blah :'( blah
Complete waste of time and money
Bought a 256GB device and it failed before getting even 40% of the way through a backup of my 128GB iPhone. With the device plugged in, it is recognized on the device list, but when I try to resume the backup, it asks me if my device is securely plugged in and tells me I need to select the device. Over and over. Don’t waste your time or money on this product.
And seeing some of the other “follow the directions” reviews, I did follow the directions. It still doesn’t work and those people just got lucky with a faulty product.DaveBo612

I don’t know what these other people are doing, but mine works great. Follow the instructions. I admit I tried to use it first on the iPad and I think I didn’t give it enough time after it downloaded and said review the pictures. So tried it on the phone. Worked great, then the iPad, again works great. I keep checking because people say that they lose the files. It’s all good. The only thing I can see is when you are looking at the pictures, you’re not able to scroll through the file. You have to use the back button and tap the next picture. Not ideal but, not a deal breaker.Jpdtdb

Works as advertised (not)
Just a usb thing that I used to save my files- I’ll check on the usb tomorrow to make sure the files are still there uploaded properly, but so far works like a charm. Could fit all my photos (which was only 300+ so that doesn’t say much, but hey it worked!)
update: all of my old photos are gone and it can’t even properly back up my new ones :( no clue what happened between my old review and now, but all my photos I previously saved are gone.Babypooks
Works great
Got my Photostick Omni this morning. I’d previously downloaded the app to make sure I had all the instructions beforehand so that I knew exactly what to do when it arrived. Followed the easy to understand steps and it took awhile (maybe 12 minutes) but I was able to download 1,431 pics and 37 videos without any problems. All of them are now viewable on the Photostick. Love it and will be recommending it to family and friends!!!Keebler1sd
PhotoStick Omni Doesn’t Work
Used it once and everything seemed like it successfully backed up until you try it again. Then you realize nothing was backed up and all you see are question marks! You try and try to backup again, and it doesn’t work and even states that it doesn’t recognize the device. It’s the pits!!not a photostick omni fan
