Don’t buy this
Well, I just ate $149 dollars for a worthless piece of crap. It downloaded all my photos, at least I think it did from my iPad Pro. But when I go to view them only a few show up in a scattered format. Some show up as a question mark but when I click on the question mark the hidden image shows up. I can even double click on a blank area of the page and a photo will show up. WHAT A WASTE!! DON’T BUY IT.CURSED !?*

This worked fantastic until it stopped about 1/4 of the way through downloading my photos and videos and then refused to recognize that it was plugged in. Terrible customer support too.the_turntor

Unable to get it to back up my photos
Kept me going in circles. Went to settings, followed directions for iPhone and hit backup. Told me 0 files were backed up. After 10 tries I gave up. So sad. Too good to be true I guess.XYZ_ABC

A little tricky to get started, but then it was easy to download 835 photos from my iPad in about 6 minutes. Now to do my laptop photos. I only wanted the photos, no music or other stuff.cc-sjh
