Nobo Heater Capa Connect
I have found it impossible to make my new Nobo heater turn on. The Capa Connect schedule will not work and I can’t even select the correct time zone. I would return the heater today if I had not purchased it online. There is no assistance available.

Worst app I have ever had to use
Unfortunately to make my new Nobo heater work I need to use this app. It’s rubbish. DO NOT buy a product that requires this app.
The ap is counter intuitive to use, it has no online support other than some random FAQs on the developers web site. Simply opening the app appears to cause the loss of pre programmed settings.
Why can’t they just make these products compatible with Alexa or Google Home or Apple Home and leave the app development to people who know how to do it.
The one star rating is overly generous imo but I can’t give the app anything less.Show lessK1W12345
Disappointing
Why in this era would you only have the ability to connect to Alexa and not Google Home? Can you please add other smart home device compatibility?Rico Ricstar
