TERRIBLE !!!
Bought a laptop from here for work and it immediately came broken. Noted this to Swappa Staff and the company and after 3 months of the run around they both denied a refund even though they TOOK BACK THE LAPTOP. They kept my money AND my purchase and promised full refunds then weeks later took that back and told me if I wanted my money back I’d need to contact my bank who would no longer accept a dispute due to the time frame.
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR THE COMPANIES ON HERE. THE APP ALLOWS COMPANIES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
