  • Stumbled across it and love it!!

A great app to relax with. I recently heard that Tetris helps with PTSD and found Vortle. Elegant, easy to use, simple, fun, and ad-free. What more could you ask for!
  • Engaging and soothing

I love this app, because playing games here actually calms my mind when it is on overdrive, and I am able to stop feeling refreshed instead of getting sucked into hyper focus and procrastination only to quit feeling drained. Thanks for making it available 💙

thank you for this heart warming feedback
  • Amazing

This game has been amazing for me, it’s helped me stop playing games like tetris nonstop, and helped me during trauma episodes, anxious moments, and its motivated me to start meditation.

I would appreciate more games, maybe a shape sudoku type puzzle where you can discard pieces, and move them after having placed them? Woodoku helps me calm down but i dont like the stress of trying to win.

I don’t know if you’re still working on it, but you are genuinely doing God’s work with this app.

I would be happy to pay for it, but hope that you don’t implement a subscription feature.

  • A blessing, though I have concerns.

So far, this game is a blessing. It really is off to a promising start and I feel like it has a lot of potential. I find it pretty soothing to play; I haven’t encountered any of the glitches previous reviewers have referenced - I’m very sure that the way that the motion is slow and almost seems to lag in responsiveness, is intentional. After all, this isn’t about a score as the game doesn’t count points.

In fact, there is only one reason why I did not give this game a full five stars.

I understand that the devs should be compensated for their work - I would absolutely pay a one-time fee for this game if there was a free trial and it expired. I would happily pay something like a one-time fee of $2-$6 to remove ads forever if I had to. Heck, I’d probably be able to be persuaded to buy in-game cosmetic items like backgrounds or music or different tile shapes and colors for a few dollars every once in awhile.

That said, this game does have TOS provisions for a future subscription plan. While the TOS maintains that “some functions” will be exclusive to subscribers, it’s not immediately clear to me what those functions are.

Personally, I just don’t want another subscription that I’m at risk of losing track of and forgetting about. It may only be a few dollars, but a few dollars can quickly add up.

I’ve also seen enough questionable subscription plans in games over the years to be wary and uneasy about how one could be implemented in a way that keeps it appealing enough so that people want to subscribe, without making the non-subscribers feel punished via large amounts of ads or limiting plays or so forth and making them feel forced to subscribe.

TL;DR - I really do like this game, but I have fears and truly hope that it doesn’t wind up screwing the non-subscribers down the road because I would like to keep using this.

  • really nice

soothing and relaxing, playing in between meetings at work
  • Fabulous

It’s the app I didn’t know I needed. I wish I’d known about it sooner! It’s so soothing to play the games (which don’t keep score so I don’t feel pressured) and I love the visuals. It’s also the first app I’ve found with a circle breathing visualizer that isn’t tied to something paid. I can’t recommend this app enough for folks who experience panic attacks or PTSD.
