Easy to connect. Alerts are very helpful since I have a rental property and can’t always be there. Highly recommend getting this product for monitoring their sump pump.KC2532

The idea of this app is fantastic. It would provide a lot of peace of mind to the many homeowners who have entrusted their basement to this company. However, they do not spend enough time and effort in making sure the app actually functions properly. It routinely has problems, maintaining connections with its equipment, freezes, requires resetting, loses connection to it equipment, etc. I can’t imagine that would be very hard to update the app and make it do what it was supposed to do.Show lessLeighBchi

Crappy monitoring
Stops working, hard time entering info and saving. Seems like an easy fix, unsure why they can’t do it correctly.Mighty Mos Def

This app needs work. It’s lost my device twice now, then on a factory reset succeeds in connecting to WiFi but fails to add the device. I found another app from the same company called PumpSpy, looks identical and seems to be more stable.Andthepickles!

I purchased a Pitboss+ sump pump alarm and had problems getting the device setup. I must admit I was getting quite frustrated with directions to delete and re-download the app which was to have upgrades. This had no success and I was ready to return the unit to my supplier for a refund until I had the good fortune to speak with Lindy. On our first call he walked me through a number of options in an effort to get my device setup with no success. He promised to send me a new device and true to his word it arrived quickly. I tried to set it up and again following the directions provided and had the same issues. I left a message and again Lindy reached out willing to do whatever whenever necessary to get the device working to my satisfaction. I called again and due to a 2 hour time difference he was more than willing to assist even though it was well past work hours and late into his evening. He got it working, apologized and offered to assist anytime I may have questions or issues in the future.
It is great to know there are still some companies with people that truely believe in customer service.
Many thanks to Lindy for his dedication and quality service putting a customer’s needs as top priority.

Usually can’t log in. The app constantly just spins when you click on anything. Useless if you rely on the app for the status of your sump pump.Ad1013

Once signed in, the app works great.
However when entering credentials, the app does not like credentials that are pasted in making it very difficult to sign in when you use passwords that are generated by password management apps like 1Password.
Since the last upgrade I can no longer sign in whether I type or paste in my credentials.Show lessCharlie430

Sends unencrypted identity information over net. Nighthawk by net gear and other security programs block it resulting in unknown error message when you try to log in.Newsfan22455
