Needs help
This app needs a lot of help. Like clockwork it stops working every month or so and I have to delete the app and reinstall it.
My first Sump “lid” was defective. After getting a new one, there is no way to delete the old one from the app, so I show two units in my app.
There is no way to clear the alert number bubble on the icon as far as I can tell. My icon has a permanent 5 on it at the moment from the times the internet went out. This number is sure to climb in the future!
Sometimes when you open the app it doesn’t show my sump. I have to close the app and reopen two or three times for my sump to show up.
If you try to use the app off site, say while you are at work, most times the app won’t work. Sometimes you need to delete and reinstall for it to work once you get back home.
In six months there has been zero app updates.Show lessmikebisch

I had this unit installed in my basement one month ago. It sends me alerts when things go wrong. We have had a lot of rain and the pumps and pumped the water out without problemBDDFCMF
Wi-Fi
Was a bit wary when I first tried to connect the pump to my phone. The first two times I tried I was unsuccessful. The third time I was able to get the system with all green lights. Since then I have had no issues, and I have been able to watch my pumpMissOonthego
Pump Monitoring
I am pretty excited about this system and being able to see how many times my pump has run. My basement flooded last year, and I had my old pump replaced with the PitBoss plus. I can see it anytime I look at the app when it’s running.Wed987
Nothing works
Tough initial set up, then nothing in the app works/updates/loads as expected. My sump will run but it doesn’t record in the app as doing so. What’s the point?KevinKarpich
Works in theory, not in practice
Had my new sump pump installed a couple of months ago and they installed Pitboss to monitor the sump pump. Had issues with the app from the beginning not being able to setup the devices. Was finally able to set it up through the manual setup. That lasted for a little bit until I had to set it up again since nothing was showing when I opened the app. Have to set up everything at least 2-3 times a month, every month since then. Not sure what’s the point of an app to monitor my sump pump if I have to worry if it will even work or tell me if the sump pump is not working. Also wish it would save the settings so I didn’t have to load all the passwords and settings every time.Show lessSMyszka
