Don’t listen to 1 star review who can’t figure anything out.
App works fine. They just don’t know how to find the code. It’s at the top right of the game screen next to the controller and phone icons.

Useless
As per the instructions both phone and Xbox are on same Wi-Fi network. I enter the code that is presented under “launch the As Dusk Falls App & enter:” and it never connects. Every time it says that the game session does not exist and that I did not provide a valid connection code. It is only a 5 digit code so it’s not like something is typed in incorrectly. This app is useless if it won’t connect to the gaming session. Back to the drawing board devs.Show lessKhan SW

I played 2 player local and my app worked just fine, this is a really interesting game.emilyeverestkc
Really cool! Here’s how to input code…
From the main menu select New or continue. From there select Solo or Play with friends. Select your profile. In the upper right hand corner of your screen you will see Change Input Device. Click the actual words ‘Change Input Device’. As soon as you do, a new screen pops up showing the code you need. Enter the code in the app. Hope this helps.
Also, it took me a second to get it working. All I did was pushed a few buttons on my Xbox controller and it disconnected me and I connected again and it works. I think the code it gives you is permanent so you don’t have to keep putting it. You just open the app and connect.
I hope this makes sense and hopefully helps some people out. I really enjoy using it playing the game this way. It’s unique (at least to me) and I really like it.Show lessVegetaOwnsMe
