Problem

Am trying to add my NCB account so I can cash out but when I put in my credentials and click login I got a message saying ‘something went wrong’ so because of that I can’t get to cash out my money

Not able to cash out

I haven’t been able to cash out using this app because it wont let me link my ncb account…but it was able to link my ncb card to deposit money to it…it makes no sense!!

Disappointed

Very Buggy app randomly kicks me out, prompts password entry even after just entering password, Face ID in app is by itself disabled from time to time, wasn’t allowed to connect my back account with app. Still needs work

Won’t let me sign up

I keep trying to sign up with more than one numbers, keep saying something went wrong.

Why can’t we reset our pin ?

Please give this application a card to use with what if I find have a bank account and don’t want to send someone else my funds to withdraw my funds

This makes no sense

I have several international money transfer app and I have never gone through such a rigorous process. Why are Jamaicans treated differently. Why do I need facial recognition to use Lynk? We need to start cancelling these oppressive financial institutions with these policies. Lynk is a subsidiary of the NCB group
