The only problem I have with lynk is changing my lynk ID most digital wallet allows you to change your user ID up to 3 times because not everyone feel comfortable with there entire name showing when sending cash me myself don’t feel comfortable with my last name and first name showing, so can you guys do something about it please. For that am just giving you 2 stars because that’s an issue for me.

My trainer is on lynk so I just cash in and pay him after my workouts. Don’t have to remember to get cash anymore.

Doesn’t Work
Signed up, completed verification then upon attempting to login, “We couldn’t verify your identity” then the app blocks you from doing anything else. No link, button or textbox to contact support to fix the issue. The app is broken. Don’t waste your time.

Not working properly
The app won’t open to let you in your account, not sure why. Even when I try pin it just buffers till it times out
Allow technical support to help users change info if they make a mistake while signing up!
You should allow the technical team to assist users to change important information that is unchangeable from within the app. Persons make mistakes sometimes
Verification
After trying to verify one time the system has locked me out how do I get back in? Need info ASAP
