App doesn’t work
The app won’t even let you create an account and log in so it defeats the purpose of even having this vacuum unless you want to move it around every time you use it.BMP123457693

Tried multiple times to create an account using a password that conformed to the requirements, and no matter what I typed, it would not work! It kept saying that my password didn't fit the parameters!Wanna-be-photog
If you have 5G internet forget it
Doesn’t work on my WiFi so it’s a pain. I just turn it on and let it run randomly. If the app worked it would be fine. Cleans well but I purchased it because of back issues but I have to pick it up to get it started so it negates the whole reason I bought it.
I’ll probably give it to a neighbor and buy a better robot.¿Por qué shelly por qué?
Can’t make an account
Terrible app. I tried many times to create an account, and an error keeps popping up saying I must have at least 6-12 numbers or letters to create an account, no matter what I put in. The makers of this app should read all the poor reviews and take the time to fix their app. People will not want to buy their products due to poor customer service.PK8288

I’ve trying for 2 hours to connect keeps saying my password has to be so many characters etc I’ve done about 25 all ways..this the mos frustrating thing ever…sending back tomorrow!Davidpaulvinylpassion
Wont even allow install
Won’t allow users to sign up. “Password must be 6 to 12 characters and contain letters or numbers”
….except any password you create doesn’t work and you receive that same error over and over. Almost feels like a phishing app.Sad in Dixon

App requires a phone number to register. Why does a vacuum need to register an account with a phone to use?Macrev1984
