Doesn’t connect to the wifi
change my wifi, now my m210b does not connect because it does not work on 5G frequency but the router has two bands, 1 2.4 and the other 5G but the m210b keeps giving errorJOHE DIAZ DIFO
Not able to pair device
I followed the steps very carefully but the app is not able to pair the device…Crisvxeneize
Just awful
Horrible app that continues to crash and not operate correctly. Does not connect to Bluetooth via the device and continues to malfunction. After contacting customer service almost a month ago my issue has still not been resolved.won't care
Can’t even log in!
This app is terrible. I can’t even get past the “SMS login” screen because it simply will not send a verification code to my phone. I just received my robot vacuum, and it’s currently charging, so I haven’t used it yet, but how on earth am I supposed to expect the robot vacuum to be a quality product if the app doesn’t even work?!A-game10
Sorta works
App loaded and was able to connect to M210 vacuum and set it up. Was able to use app to set schedules for it to run on its own. Problems come when trying to control the vacuum while it’s running. One must swipe down multiple times to refresh and select the control desired such as to return to the base. It’s very intermittent. Didn’t expect much more for a very basic model from an off brand.icky007
Doesn’t connect
Lefant F1. App won’t connect. Gets to 60% pairing fairly quick, then slowly makes its way to 85% before ultimately showing that the poring failed. No matter what I do, this is the same end result. App is useless to me at this point if I can’t connect to the vacuum.Pebs710
