  • Fun, but frustrating

I do enjoy playing Sunny House, it’s one of my favorite merge games, but that makes the parts that I don’t like about it even more disappointing. Even with the extended board there is never any space and I have to delete items every single time I play. That in itself I could deal with it, but then having events that also require you to merge items on the board when there’s already no space is infuriating. It’s taking me longer to level up, because I can’t keep all the stars on the board. I also can’t count the amount of times I had to wait for a bubble to burst, please developers add the function to burst the bubble ahead of time, for the sake of my sanity. I do love the game, but I can see these annoyances adding up to a point, where I won’t want to play anymore. Please make some changes.

  • Developer doesn’t care about long time players

I have been playing this game since almost the beginning but in the past month, the developers have been slowly taking away ways to help you complete areas of the game a little easier without paying for the privilege. The last nail in the coffin is that you are capped on how much energy you can store. Because of this, it will take too long to complete some areas… and you might not be able to do it at all without paying $$$. I paired at the beginning to get where I am now and watch ads (which the developers get money from). It just now feels like they don’t care how they are treating veterans of the game and just ready to screw over the newbies. Good luck with that!

  • Sad to see a good game starting to go down

This is crazy and you are going to regret and start to loose players. I have been playing this game for 2 years and love it, but with all the surprise changes you are making, like not allowing to farm energy no more, and now even limiting the amount of energy you can have ect, you are ruining your own game. Developers, you are not late yet, revert these changes or you will loose ton of players more than the ones that have already left. You have a good game going but you are now starting to ruin it. Every one that read my post, listen up, go to apple or google app stores and change your reviews and make sure to mention these crappy changes. Lower ratings means less players, which in turn means less income for the developers. If they care about and this tactic works, they will apologize to us players and revert things. If they don’t care, well someone may need to get a new job and create a different game. I’m going to go right now and change my review and rating

  • Used to be great

This used to be my absolute favorite game and I played daily for 1.5 years and is how I love to destress before bed. I was so thrilled when a few months ago I finally finished fortress and was able to use it to earn extra energy, so I can play for longer each day. I regularly spent $ to extend the timer on fortress to earn more energy. The recent changes to this event have zapped my love for the game. I’m still playing using the flower event energy and have energy stored up but once this runs out and I am back to always being out of energy I’m pretty sure I’ll be bored and ready to find a new game to play. I really hope the developers see this and decide to go back to the way it was before. I really look forward to that day so I can update my review!

  • We paid our dues

Long time player here- I spent plenty of money on this game in the early stages and continue to pay for extensions, gems, etc. For me, I could justify these purchases because once I achieved a certain level and unlocked (and finished) the city man and fortress events I could then farm energy.

That is, until recently when this farming of energy was COMPLETELY taken away- and they continue to dismantle even sub par options for this.

Listen. This is supposed to be fun and you were undoubtedly still making money off ads as well as purchases for gems and extensions in the city man and fortress events. When you consider there are tools like the level 15 chainsaw that is on the order of 16,000+ taps/energy to create, will your rebalancing also take into account this? Or are you simply looking to hinder advancement in the game?

This was a poor choice by the developers and I’m hopeful they will reconsider the decision. I initially started merge games with Merge Mansion and gave that up in favor of Sunny House as it was far more enjoyable gameplay. At present, I cannot recommend this game

  • Bummer

I’m so sad that this game’s developers have gotten so greedy. I used to spend hours playing this game but they recently implemented changes that make it much more difficult to get enough energy to play and progress, there are way too many of those darn bubbles that take a while to pop and it’s too easy to click and spend your precious gems without realizing. Ultimately though, taking away the ability to gain energy in bonus games…that every player can’t access anyway…is greedy and in this day and age, not everyone can afford to pay for extras. There are so many other merge games out there that don’t screw over their loyal players, so I’ll go play those.

  • Sad about recent update

This used to be my favorite game and a nice way to relax. I chose to spend money about once a week to add extra time to fortress, so I could earn enough energy to play for as long as I wanted. Thankfully I still have some energy saved but once that runs out without a way to earn more I think I will quickly become bored of the game. I don’t mind spending to support a game I love to play, but the other opportunities to do so won’t entice me to do so. Sunny House you can do better, please go back to the way it was so I can continue loving this game for a few more years.

  • Favorite App/ Game

Love this game, been playing almost from the beginning. The graphics are awesome, customer service is always helpful and friendly. There are so many different things to do. The Wiki gives lots of help, most were written by Sunny House crew. Don’t do Facebook , but people on my team say it’s helpful. The staff are always improving the game ( which is awesome the way it is). I am a 59 year old male, so don’t think this is only a kids game. It is very addicting, the team and friend functions are nice. The chat function for teams is nice allows users a way to help each other. To the Sunny House crew GREAT Job!

  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

BEWARE!!! There are a few places in the app that are designed to accidentally make you click a spot and spend a lot of gems. I sneezed while holding my phone and hit one of those spots completely by accident. Per customer service you can request a rollback to before that point, which I did after waiting a day for them to contact me. Over the next 4 days we went back and forth because the rollback they claimed to have done did not work and they insisted it was because I was using the app while they did it. Now, I don’t know what country customer service is in but they usually answer in the middle of the night so I was not on the app. After the first time they told me that I actually stayed off the app for days and still they insist every time they “try” I must be on it. Clearly they are not rolling back the app so after 5 days of lost gameplay I gave up and will no longer spend $$$ on this app or watch ads to support it because I will not support such horrible customer service. They will not just give me my 80 gems back, which would have been worth it to them with the $$$ I’ve spent playing a free game for me to spend more $$$ in the future. I would quit it entirely but I am almost done so I will finish all the areas then stop playing.
