Waste of time

You have to pay for a subscription to get anything, or watch videos. The advertising is misleading, nothing is free and the app is difficult to navigate. You can find better free videos online

Recommend for young and old people!!

Hi I wont make this long but I recommend this game to young and old because I'm 8 years but I am still getting so much workout from items but now? Today was my first day on the app and it's wonderful! I loved how they let you pick your levels and not just go to crazy or too easy my whole body feels so good affter I finished the first one! Read this NOW before you get it! If you like ads please be aware there's NO ADS! that's right and a free game filled with amazing work outs I totally recommend this is not a scam! Developers please respond to my review and make other people have this wonderful game by there side! I am excited to see myself when I am done! Recommended!!! I LOVE THIS APP THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY LIFE also please fix a glitch bc I can't do day 4 I hate this and I'm gonna delete this app if y'all are trying to scam me! Stop trying to make people boy things! I cannot do a workout! That's why I gave it 4 stars

It’s ok

When I first got this app I was so excited bc it asks you about yourself and tells you exactly what exercises to do and gives them you. Unfortunately, when I got a lesson four it kept asking me to watch videos and I was unable to train it said for three videos one lesson for every single lesson. I would have to watch another video which is a bit annoying when I wanted to do a workout, but instead it made you go more on your phone by watching the ads, and at this point, I didn’t want to work out anymore as I was getting annoyed with ads.

NOT FREE

If it’s good let it speak for itself but don’t advertise as “free” as it really is not - the only free part is a very short 3 day trial, for which you have to input payment details anyway.
The ad clearly said “totally free”, yet only after filling in all the plan details do you discover that you have to pay and there is no unpaid option past the free trial.
This really annoyed me - if you’d have been honest from the start and said it was a subscription I might have tried it out but going into it on such a blatantly dishonest note turned me right off and made me delete instantly with no regrets.
So it’s a big NO from me, dog.
How about standing out from the crowd with a bit of integrity..? There are so many misleading game ads it’s a wonder anyone downloads anything at all, it’s shameful

The best app for sure

I have been working out for 2 weeks before this app and i lost nothing i had no idea what to do for exercise i felt sad and not energetic at all but when i found this app it changes everything i just downloaded the app today Sat 28 sep now i will do another review to show if this app works or not but on the firt day it was amazing and i will be 45kg at the end of only 2 months crazy right??

Misleading

States you get a 7 day free trial then charges you straight away. 😡 Had I got my 7 day trial I would have cancelled the subscription as the app doesn’t match up with the information given to select exercises right for you. It Doesn’t allow you to fill in all information properly. Asks if you have any issues knees, back, hip ect but only allows you to choose 1 option so too bad if you have several issues it doesn’t allow for that. Selected no floor work and most the exercises given are floor work 🤷‍♀️ selected knee issues and most exercises given are not possible to do with knee injuries unless you’re in water, I know this from experience.

So basically I saw this app on YouTube shorts and decided “hey I kinda need to lose some weight” so I downloaded it I did the questionnaire thingy and then it asked me to subscribe. Wasn’t unexpected so I did press the grey x because if I can a personalized workout for even one day I’ll do it. So I watched the adds to get the free workout and did it for the first couple days.

Guys, you were given screen recording for a reason! You can’t watch the full workout for the days ahead but you can tap the little pictures connected to the workout name and it will give a short little clip. So screen record the whole workout of the day then stop. Then do it for the rest of the days. And you can just use stopwatch for timing. I know it’s going to take a while but in our case time is money and it’s time to save our money

Warning!!!!!

Please please if you cancel this app in your Apple ID during a free trial you also do it in your account online too! I cancelled straight away in my apple subscriptions to avoid paying but nowhere did it tell me to cancel in the website too. So they helped themselves to $100!!!!

Disgusted at your way to get money!

I downloaded for the ‘free’ 7 days and then you take the money saying it won’t be taken and when I cancel and delete as I don’t want it, in a few hours from downloading you won’t refund!! Disgusting! Do not be fooled by this company! You also get redirected when you look at the menus to another app, where you get a ‘free’ week and no money will be taken. But it was and won’t refund!!!! I will be posting on Trustpilot, Twitter, Facebook and instagram to warn people of your shoddy business and disgusting tactics saying you won’t take money now so you have time to decide if you want it and then you take the money and won’t refund! You still don’t advise why you take the money hours after downloading the free trial which is supposed to be for 7 days! A free trial means you can cancel within the 7 days without costing anything! Don’t you get the meaning of ‘free’ or ‘trial’?!
