After being on it for 2 days
After using SI for 2 days I have to say. The payout speed is incredibly slow for a Sportsbook. I can understand a daily fantasy but not a Sportsbook. They say the awaiting process time takes 1 hour to pass by but I’ve been waiting for 24 hours and it still just says awaiting process. After having a chance to use this myself. The people are correct this is one of the worst Sportsbook to use all around. I’ve used less known Sportsbook and they aren’t this slow with there payouts. They claim they will match your first deposit up to $100. The only way you can actually have access to the $100 is if you empty your funds in bets… you can wager $100 worth of bets and if you win and have cash still you still can’t use the bonus fund. They make you empty your clip first and then give you access. The bonus fund bets also have to $25 or less at -200 odds or greater. If you use more than $25 of bonus funds on a bet only $25 worth goes towards the bonus bet requirement of betting all $100 at -200 or greater odds. So if you wagered $100 and won then all of those winnings would be in bonus funds and you would still need to wager $75 of bonus funds to get access to the winnings as cash. So if you won on your cash bets that you place to get access to the bonus funds then you’d have to re-bet all of that again to get access to the $75 in bonus funds you still need to bet…. It’s terribly explained in the terms and conditions. I won my money on them and pulled it all out because this app is aweful.
The Sportsbook is also very glitchy even with updates on an iPhone 15. I get kicked out of app regularly because it thinks I have a “jailbroken” iPhone. I’ve used almost every Sportsbook and this has been the worst experience by far. Go use DK, MGM, Fan Duel or whoever else. This Sportsbook has no future.Show lessR.E.9

This is the buggiest app ever. Frequently crashes at very inopportune times and betting on live games is significantly harder than the other sportsbook apps I use. Half the time it doesn’t recognize that I am indeed in the state I say I’m in. I downloaded it for the deposit match but the bonus was not explained well and it didn’t track my progress clearly. I ended up just betting on some random games so I could play it out and close so I definitely left money on the table just so I could be done with it. Where to begin? The promo that shows when you’re downloading the app is no longer active. It is a complete lie. It suckers you in to spend the money to get the free play and then they never give you your $50 free play. I spent $10 on this app to get my $50 free play as advertised and was told by customer service that they will not honor that promo. They were also very rude and left the chat for minutes at a time. I have sent an email, and I have talked to customer service. They just aren’t going to give me what was promised when I downloaded the app. Even when you Google this app the promo still pops up. This app should never be known as sports betting app the way customer service treats people. This app and the people running it just take customers money. Withdrawal
It takes to long to get your money you win you got to wait they win your money gone plus we get no points for playing the games are super tight with paying like we know you guys gotta make money but to just take take take and never give back is crazy to me y’all been up over a year and still can’t get fast withdrawal like y’all want us to reverse the withdrawal to lose it back cause I did a few times cause the hassle they put you through when you win y’all go lose alot of customers i promise do better guysShow lessIt’s stupid to me
Unreliable/Poor overall markets
The app is absolutely unreliable. Weather it freezes up for entire CFB Saturdays or can’t find your location on NFL Sundays or can’t seem to remember to use Face ID when all Face ID options are turned on.
The other thing is the very disappointing markets they offer. They’re very light in player props (not many players or market offerings) and the most maddening thing is that they do not offer what most would consider basic- a Wong teaser. That’s right, if you want a 6pt teaser you’re outta luck-ITS NOT EVEN OFFERED!

Horrible Sportsbook - They Will Steal Your Money
First of all, the app is horrible and there aren’t many betting options. Much worse than that, their customer service is awful. I deposited $1000 with the intention of betting on an NFL future. They only approved me for $50. Their CS said I was not able to bet more than that, so I requested to withdraw the remaining $950. A week later, still awaiting process, I escalated to their operations team and they said I wasn’t allowed to withdraw the money, I explained the situation that I wasn’t allowed to bet it on what I wanted. They agreed to refund the $950 and close my account. They said it would take 48 hours to process. That was a week ago, still not approved. I have been emailing their CS Ops team politely requesting an update for days and there has been no communication. They are holding my money hostage. When I asked CS chat about it, this guy named Vlad gave me attitude about it, saying they got my emails… and that it takes 72 hours for them to respond… he was giving me a really snarky tone. Very shady
Weeks after trying to get my withdrawal, I’m still trying. They lie about your status. They lie about communicating with you. They refuse to fix their own issues. Even had the guts to say after weeks of waiting (I had to ask them, they never contacted me) my account for deposit was a different number than my verified account through VIP. Not possible is it, as if they we’re different deposit couldn’t of gone through. I have played at 10 plus sites in my life and this is by FAR the worst. So I made a deposit of $150, won $80 the same day, very next day they suspended my account until I verified my account by signing the back of my credit card and send them a picture of the signed card. Everyone knows not to sign the back of your card so you are asked for ID when using it on a daily basis. With that said, they will not give my money back and are now keeping it as the account is closed. This whole site is a scam and will steal your money!! DO NOT deposit money with this site.
