All around negative experience with this sportsbook. From the start, it’s an ugly UI that’s difficult to navigate. I don’t know if it was the UI that made it seem like this, but it felt like there was very limited betting options. Then I tried funding my account which seemed sketchy because it takes you to some random 3rd party website. Then it was not allowing me to fund my account using my debit card for my checking account, however the support team couldn’t tell me why, only that I had to use a valid card or my bank account. Ended up using my bank account to fund because it was all such a pain and I wanted to use their promo. I ended up rushing my bet to get it in before my event started and then they locked my account before it even settled. Save yourself time and money, not worth itShow lessders11aja

Terrible platform. Super glitchy and just not a well developed app like barstool, draft kings, or fan duel. Take awhile for your money to get back in your account, and thats after you log out and log back in twice. Im sticking with the other 3 sports books. And no I didn’t lose money and thats why I’m writing a bad review I actually doubled my deposit. Just writing my honest review. Do not download or give them any money
After seeing ads for a deposit match, I signed up to try this book in Virginia. It’s awful. I did not get my deposit match and now I can’t get my money back from them. I must go through a different company to get a refund. Feeling like they used SI’s name to create a scam.mike v123344
Worst in Class
I've been experimenting with the different books. This one is BY FAR the worst. Other apps seamlessly and efficiently confirm your location. This one locks up for an extended period of time with a confirming location message. Then, does it again shortly after. It's basically unusable due to these repeated lengthy hang ups.Show less5863ghfs
Just a terrible platform and UX
Feels like I’m trying to use an app in 2022 that was designed in 2012. Extremely slow, lack of advanced location verification, overall poor user experience. Initial offer got me to sign up. Unless they improve the interface significantly, I won’t use again. Apps like DK and FD have such a superior platformShow lessNARR7
Warning do not use this app!!!
This is by far the worst sports book ever. The same customer service rep will always answer the live chat “Norbert”. There is no customer service. It took 4 weeks to get my money out of the account. No one knows what they are talking about and they literally speak with you with attitude over YOUR money. I had one rep say “are you going to let me talk?!?” It’s bad. I started winning with my promo funds and they restricted my account to where I could not receive anymore at all. I was never given explanation just that the decision was made by the “operations team”. I wish I could upload screenshots of convos on here. Trust me RUN and don’t look back. I am only leaving one star because it will not allow me to submit unless one star is chosen. Again, another sign of how bad this app is.Show lessBfoster09

This is by far the worst sportsbook I ever wagered with. For start it is extremely hard to make deposits and wagers here. Took me 3 plus hours to make a deposit. Never had this much trouble with any other sportsbook. Also their promotions is pretty horrific. Not to mention customer service is extremely horrible and never had issues resolved. Haven’t cashed out any funds yet so can’t speak on quality of payouts but from what I read online from other reviews payouts is horrible as well. Advice save your time and just go with another sportsbook. Honest reviewShow lessi love to gamble

Took around 2 weeks to even get money into the account and now I can’t withdraw my money without making a phone call to their partners. I want to take my money out so I can finally delete this app. Never had so many issues with a Sportsbook appforgamesbware
UI is bad; customer service is mostly good
UPDATE:
The third customer service rep I spoke to resolved my free bets issue (see below) and was otherwise very helpful. I'm sticking with MGM because it offers more betting options and its UI (both on app and online) is about 10 billion times better htan SI's. But I hold no grudges and appreciate SI's prompt payout of my winnings!

The app feels and works like something from the early 2000s; and when you contact customer service with questions about why you haven't received the first-deposit bonus you are owed, they will find creative ways of not answering your question. This is easily the most poorly built Sportsbook out right now. First off, when making a deposit, the app takes you to a website link instead of the ability to deposit in the app. From here, I tried depositing $15 every single way. ACH, debit, bank, etc. Every single time it said deposit failed. Then I go into my Sportsbook and it had accepted 3 of those deposits when I only wanted 1.
Next, the bonus. It has been 3 days since my first bet and I have no received the bonus. The design and functionality is also awful, and the app barely works. Stick to FanDuel!Show lessgmv646
