The app can be a little slow/hard to use at times. But overall you can figure out what your doing pretty easily. I haven’t had any troubles withdrawing and I’ve withdrawn 4/5 times so far. The withdrawals are a little slower compared to other books but not terrible. They have good boosts and have ran some decent promos for NFL playoffs and the march madness tournament. I will never use this app again. It took almost two weeks of back and forth and jumping through hoops to get my money withdrawn.
Newsflash SI- This causes distrust in your customers which is a top asset for betting apps. A quick smooth withdrawal is what makes people deposit again. Never will I ever deposit into your app again after that process.
Use fanduel or DraftKings. Much better UX and the withdrawal process is so much smoother.Show lessBrett1239383

It has been unable to verify my location have not been able to place a bet. Customer service useless just asked me to verify I’m connected to Wi-Fi and not using vpn etc generic reponses. None of which resolves my issues. I am unable to use their app or site on any Apple device I own.Turnerty
Worst Sportsbook ever!
This is by far the worst Sportsbook ever! When you want to withdrawal winnings, they say that there is a deposit error and you need to contact a third party directly even though you send them screenshots of proof of deposit.
Do not download this app! When a withdrawal does go through it takes weeks to get your money. Usually it goes back into the Sportsbook for you to gamble it away again.Show lessjaemin30
Poverty Sportsbook
SI sportsbook has now limited my maximum wager to $0.00 on all bets regardless of the type of wager. I’ve placed less than 50 bets before not being able to place a single bet.
To top it off, I am forced to enroll in their ACH payments program in order to withdraw my funds because I didn’t use ACH to deposit. Not to mention, ACH is the only option listed to withdraw from and isn’t even an option to deposit with, meaning anyone trying to withdraw will be forced to go through extra steps to get their money.Show lessNickname381540

Location verification
Every page I click on, the location service verification comes up again! Sometimes it gets stuck on the location verification and freezes. I have been unable to actually place a bet because of the freezing.Lavish_01
Awful withdrawal experience
Got up $1000 then went all the way back to even so I withdrew my money and self excluded myself before I lost a bunch of money. However, these guys took money from my account perfectly fine but the withdraw did not go through. Now I can’t get back into my account because it’s self excluded. So ridiculous how this company can take money from my bank account perfectly fine but can’t get it back there without issue. Same account I used to deposit is the same one I was trying to withdraw too. Stay away!Show lessZachary2026

I use this Sportsbook because it’s the only one in Michigan without an attached casino, which for me is great.
The UI isn’t great, which is the primary complaint, and live betting there aren’t a ton of options.
Never had any issues with deposits, withdrawals, anything like that.

Pain to deal with
This is my least favorite app to deal with as if you leave the app and do not close it, wait ~20seconds, when you return to it the app is stuck in an endless “determining location” UI that requires you to force close the app and re-open and re-login. Outside of that it is fine.Cr0uchingT1ger
